Dr. Michael Alan Gold, MD

Dr. Michael Gold and staff were very professional and took the time to make sure I understood my procedure and the after care. He is meticulous and takes extra time to make sure he has explored all opportunities. I HIGHLY recommend him for endometrial cancer, and have!!

I like Dr. Michael A. Gold and his nurses. He cares about his patients, and really tries to make you comfortable. He will sit and talk with you and explain to you what is going on, he doesn't try to rush off. He goes out of his way to please his patients. I am glad he is going to do my surgery.

I'm glad that I got to have Dr Gold as my cancer doctor to do my complete hysterectomy. He made it so much easier to go through the cancer diagnosis and surgery. He's excellent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gold's for going on 4 years now. He is an awesome Dr. and I would reccommend him to anyone in need of a good dr. Not only is he a wonderful doctor but he had become a great friend and acquaintance. May God richly bless he and his family for many years to come.

A superb surgeon, and an excellent oncologist who stays on top of breaking research. He always spends as much time as I need to explain things, answer questions, and all with a positive outlook. He even took half an hour just to show me my PET/CT images, and explain what I was seeing.

They made my sister and family wait over 2 hours, called her the wrong name and then spent about 5 minutes with her. Avoid this Doctor ~

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gold. After seeing many physicians and having a CT scan that confirmed a large mass in my abdomin I knew I needed surgery yet I couldn't find any physician to help me until Dr. Gold. He was willing to work with my religious beliefs and I think he saved my life. He embodies what every physician should be and yet is so hard to find.

Dr. Gold reported to my family on the intial ourcome report that the injury, and ultimate death, of a beloved family member was due to marijuana in his system. In fact, it was due to a procedural error, which he attempted to cover up.This was reported to OU with all supporting documentation, inlcuding the modified reports, with the sole request to make sure this does not happen to another family. OU will not report the outcome. I would recommend other families in similar situations to sue, as that appears to be the only way to modify the behavior of large organzations and very poor physicians, like Dr. Gold.
