I want to start by saying that I read all the reviews good and bad and took into consideration all of them.I also did meet with 3 other surgeons and had many opinions and options. I have the need to express my experience with Doctor Michael Horn, from the very first time I meet him he was very kind, understanding, professional and respectful. I know that not all his reviews are good and I had my doubts about choosing him to be my surgeon do to the negative reviews. But Something inside of me told me he was perfect for my procedures that I wanted to have done . I ask to meet with him again and we did . I walk out of his office feeling great, positive and safe. Today is day 4 from my procedures . I have to say Doctor Michael Horn did an amazing job . I had 5 different procedures done, I have to say that he went above my expectations not only I feel great but the results are a dream come true. I was over weight for 20 years I did loose 135 lbs as you can imagine, I had problem areas of skin hanging from different parts of my body. Doctor you are a blessing to my life. Thank you so much for being a part of this wonderful change in my life. I needed to have your magic hands do what you did. I feel beyond grateful to be a satisfied patient of yours. I had a consultation here and I very very pleased. I have been to 2 other doctors. Was in and out in about 20-25 mins,and still not sure what I want or what I need. This consultation took 2.5 hours. He spoke with me, and then took me for the 3d image. This was amazing. They take a picture of your chest,create a 3d image on it,place in different sized implants and show you what your breasts are going to look like. He can show you with a lift and without if you are on the fence. And then once you've seen the results and settled on a size,you go back next door and meet with a woman and actually try that size in your bra. She gives you a bra and tank top,the tank is cute and you get to keep it, and you can see what it may look like with a shirt on in person. I am so much more comfortable about getting the size and profile right now. I have seen it. I know what I need now.

10000% recommend Dr Horn. I had a breast augmentation in May! Currently 7 weeks and both my surgery and recovery went so well! His staff is AMAZING! They explained the procedure, what to expect, and helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Queeni, Allie, & the rest of the staff always made me feel great during my visits. I received a 205lp cc breast augmentation with Dr Horn and am now at my 6weeks post op and feeling great. The recovery was super smooth and any time I had a question during the recovery the nurses were very friendly and responsive. The reason I would give it a 4/5 is mainly because I did not spend as much time with dr horn as I expected prior to my surgery. However the most important thing for me was having an experienced doctor that knew what he was doing and i feel happy with my choice to go with Dr Horn.

I can here for my Botox . I would never go anywhere else the girls in the front desk are so happy and welcoming. I go see Carrie my injector angel she does precisely the amount that I need to still look natural and feel pretty. She always offers you to come in after two weeks to see if you need a touchup and always wants your input.. if your comfortable I love this place they take care of you and they’re not pushy but they always look out fot your best interest ..

As a 40 something year old man, we’ve seen horrific examples of surgeries gone wrong where men no longer look like men after cosmetic surgery, snd this is what we all want to avoid. They would never allow that to happen. As a patient, you are treated both as family and as a canvas for Dr. Horn to work his magic. Have no reservations here. They are amazing. I had my surgery 6 months ago it got pushed back because of covid. My sister had gone to Dr. Horn years before and she complimented everything from the cleanliness, great staff and amazing results. They are up to date with the latest technology also, which made my decision even more easy. From the moment I made my consultation I knew Dr. Horn was for me, the staff has been amazing through the entire process, they encourage you to reach out with any questions (I asked a few silly questions) and never make you feel like your a burden. Every single staff member I encountered including at the surgery center were just so amazing, and most importantly I love love love my results. All of my friends are so jealous of my perfectly lifted big boobs. I will always recommend and encourage people to look into or just go to Dr. Horn!!

RUN AWAY FAST. I came to Dr. Horn in seek of a otoplasty correction after a previous doctor left my ear permanently malformed. I had a consult with him pre-covid at a time where I was struggling with my confidence due to the ear issue. After speaking with him at the consult, he assured me he could fix the issue and I felt confident in his assurance. I even went the extra mile a few weeks after the initial consult to have a facetime call with him to insure he was confident he could make a positive change. This is how apprehensive I was. Fast forward a few months, and I was laid off due to covid. But anyone with confidence struggles knows that they would likely go above and beyond to rectify the insecurity. So I leveraged any savings I had for the procedure. This is where it gets unsettling. When I arrive for the procedure, he came in and asked what I wanted to have done to the ear. I was shocked and scared, how would a physician, albeit a plastic surgeon, not have a game plan mapped out prior to an operation/procedure. But I flew in from NJ, leveraged the full cost of the operation already plus air and hotel fare. I pushed forward. After the procedure, due to the initial swelling it was hard to see any changes. But now 2 weeks in and the swelling has subsided and there are NO changes. I am shocked, disappointed, and beyond frustrated. Here I spent a great deal of finances and the doctor essentially sells be a bill of goods for snake oil. So I reached out to the doctor and office manager for some relief. And there response was we can bring you back in for a correction. WHY would anyone want to come back in for another procedure, when the doctor did not do it correctly the first time?! If he can/is willing to do it again, why did he do it correctly the first time? PLEASE be aware and PLEASE do your hw on this doctor. They are out to take your money and leave you with these results. In conclusion, I asked for a refund, full or partial, as I would not want nor trust the doctor to do any additional work. They declined, I am left with my ear as seen below from the doctor who promised to bring me my confidence back.

Customer service is most important to me being somebody who has worked in retail management for about 15 years. It was a very clean and organized environment as well. My appointment started off with meeting Dr. Horn and ending with what I believe was his assistant, unlike my other appointment I started off with speaking to the assistant and later met with the doctor. I liked this order better because I connected with the doctor first and he seemed more in tune with my wants/needs/goal. What I appreciated about him was his patience, professionalism, and communication. He was informative with his answers to my questions. He gave me his professional opinion but also wanted me to feel very comfortable and happy with the outcome. I felt that his priority was my happiness for the end of the surgery. Also his assistant Poline was extremely polite and knowledgeable as well with any other questions I had that she could answer, and if she didn’t know the answer she made a note to find out for me. She follow through with answers in an email later that same day. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Horn to be considered for any procedures done to your body. I've had 2 surgeries now with Dr. Horn. The first in late 2015 was a neck lift, chin implant and fat transfer- the results took years off instantly but; after losing 24 pounds and a few more years aging, I was feeling the lines in my lower face were very pronounced so I decided I wanted my lower face done and the fat transfer to fill 'hollowed' areas. Dr. Horn recommended a lower lid blepharoplasty, as well, which I hadn't even thought of. What he was showing me and saying made complete sense. My surgery for the lower face lift, lower lid blepharoplasty and fat transfer was 10 days ago (Oct 2, 2019) and I am 'over-the-top' thrilled looking in the mirror at the results. Even with the minimal remaining swelling and bruising, I love the results. Everything is even and full and there are no longer dark shadows/circles under my eyes. I can't imagine having any better results. Dr. Horn is more than a Plastic Surgeon- he is an artist and I completely trust him and his entire caring and professional staff. If you want the best- this is who you should to see :-)
