Very easy to communicate with, staff really knowledgeable.

First time using Southeast Orthopedic. Completed online registration and to my surprise had appointment next day with Dr. Robinson. I canceled the appointment that was two weeks out with another ortho clinic. The staff that interacted with me was cordial. Brea did well in supporting Dr. Robinson. They seem to work well together. Dr. Robinson has to be the top of my list of Doctors with exemplary bedside manners. He seemed compassionate and explained everything clear and understandable. Not medical jargon that patients don't understand. I like this guy. I will continue my treatment with Doctor Robinson.

Friendly staff. 8:10 a.m. appt. out by 9:00a.m. including x-rays and detailed analysis with recommendations from Dr. Robinson and procedure. Only issue 1st appt. @ 4:20p.m. 2 weeks earlier with another Dr. in same office was running an hour and 45 minutes late. Rescheduled upon arrival but would have rescheduled if notified by phone prior.

Dr. Robinson is outstanding. My surgery process was very smooth and successful.

Always very friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Had hip replacement surgery and very pleased with the whole staff. Went for one year checkup and was told everything looked great . I will use him if I ever need him again.

Dr Robinson patiently answered questions and is a nice guy.

Dr. Robinson is highly qualified and explains what is going on and the recommended treatment. In my case, we agreed surgery was not the solution at this time. The only criticism I have is I was not seen for my 9:40 am appt. until 10:45am.

Did not have to wait long. Fast and efficient.

It’s always a surprise when your physician takes your symptoms and advises a conservative approach. I left with a relief that my condition was not serious and will not require follow up.

I have seen Dr. Robinson several times concerning knee injuries. He is always patient, thorough, and attentive.

Dr. Robinson already had good reviews before I even Met him. I was not disappointed. Initial visit was not productive. Mainly a physical exam of my knee. Referred to an MRI and scheduled an appt. once the MRI was completed.

Dr. Robinson was very attentive to my inquiries about my knee. He provided alternatives short of surgery and made a recommendation. Dr. Robinson was very pleasant. I look forward to work with him.

Dr. Robinson was very attentive to my elderly dad issues. He discovered through xrays that the original problem another doctor wanted to do surgery on was not even the issue. He took his time explaining everything on the xrays and gave us a plan of action. We were both very impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness.
