Dr. Casal was very attentive and concerned with my issues. All the staff was friendly and courteous. I needed a referral and met with their referral coordinator who was very attentive and helpful, she was quick and efficient.

Dr. Casal is caring and really takes care of his patients. He listens to your concerns and actually cares about what you have to say. I have been a patient of his for many years. After seeing other doctors for almost ten years of infertility issues, he was able to help me and my husband have a beautiful and healthy baby! He has been the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my care! If you want a doctor who loves what he does and genuinely wants the best for his patients then you need to see Dr. Casal!

Dr casal has the best front staff I have ever experienced, they are so friendly and organized. The nurses are willing to help. The referral person is the best one that the office has had in a long time. And the billing department is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Casal and his staff for your care!

Dr. Casal has to many things going on other than his Cookeville practice. He's okay until a problem occurs then he may not be there for you. I would recommend another doctor. One with only one practice and only one business.

Dr. Casual and his staff did a wonderful job my whole pregnancy and were awesome through the delivery. Office wait is a little high due to all his patients. But it's easy to see why he has so many, because he is a great doctor.

I would NEVER go here again for prenatal care. I had a problem with plateletes and I never even knew until i came back for the next appointment. Then, I would get tests done and I never received a call from them or the results. You always have to chase down the results. AND after I had my baby I ordered a Mirena at my 6 week check up and didnt hear from them for FIVE MONTHS! I had to chase down birthcontrol as well. Disgusted with service of the staff.
