I'm glad this man didn't do my rhinoplasty. He is a narcissist maybe even a psychopath. Brags about his online portfolio that doesn't even exist except on their fake review website.. This man is delusional.

Dr. Fritz is an angel that not only operated on my throat and larynx, but kept my scars to an absolute minimum. He made me appear almost as if I never had an operation. He talked me through my fears and concerns, and made my recovery very much easier. Thank you, Dr. Fritz. You made my life livable.

Had two septo/rhino plastys done by Mr Fritz. Both times the septum collapsed. Do not go to him ever.

Dr. Fritz is the best he reviewed my case the night before surgery and showed me before and after pics of the process. I have a great result. It has now been 4 years. I feel very fortunate to have had such a great doctors care. His assistant was amazing as well and so caring and thoughtful. I recommend him all the time.

I just had surgery with Dr. Fritz 2 weeks ago to correct multiple broken noses. I had a nasal obstruction that he was able to open up. He was very confident and straight forward. I appreciated his honesty and the end product even more. Its only beena few weeks but there is a dramatic difference. I also asked that he keep the character of my nose intacked which he did. You can be confident that he won't go overboard. I have also referred my sister as well as a co-worker to fix their nasal issues.

He is professional, and most of all a perfectionist that really cares.
