My 1st visit with Dr. Michael went great. He’s real personable and puts you at ease right away. He explained everything he was doing as we proceeded with the exam. Dr. Michael came very highly recommended to me and in turn I’d highly recommend him to anyone!

The appointment happened on time, the new patient check-in procedure was smooth, and Dr. Mercado took time to explain what was found and to answer all my questions.

Dr. Michael is one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time. He's very courteous, friendly, listens, spends time with you and it doesn't feel rushed. His staff is very friendly, and they're on top of things. I don't have to call and check on the status of paperwork, they've already taken care of it!
