The office had a cancelation and took me same afternoon.I waited maybe 20 minutes to be called and placed in a room.Met the doc in a timely manner. He figured what was wrong, prescriptions ordered. Doctor was plesant.

Absolutely loved Dr. Gaslin. He was very thorough in explaining the condition I made the appointment for. He did not push the most extreme solution to my issue but gave me the option. I certainly would recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Gaslin is great. He is helping me help my son. It’s hard when you don’t know what is the best for your kiddo. He was kind when I didn’t want to jump right to surgery. Start with a sleep study to see how bad it really is. I just want my son to be well. He truly listens and cares.

Dr. Gaslin is fantastic. I suffered from chronic and severe nasal polyps which meant constant sneezing and runny nose that interfered with my sleep, resulted in loss of smell and taste, and made me absolutely miserable. The first ENT I saw recommended surgery to correct a deviated septum in the first meeting without even examining me! Dr. Gaslin listened to me and sincerely cared about getting me well. He operated on me twice to help my symptoms and, MOST importantly, when a drug was approved for my condition he notified me immediately! Even though that would mean less revenue for him, I would imagine, he made sure I could get approved to take the medication and now I am completely cured! He also took great care of my son who had chronic ear infections. He did his tubes, removed his tonsils and adenoids and my son is doing great!!

Dr. Gasoline is awesome. This is my 3rd visit with him. He cleans my ears ever 6 months. He is easy to talk to and gets the job done fast and efficiently. The check in was super easy. Wait time very short off time wait same. Thank you.

Dr. Gaslin is the best physician I have and with my age and infirmities I have several. He is timely, explains everything so I can understand and he is my doctor but also my friend. I would recommend this physician to anyone needing his specialty.

Don't go to ENT Carolina, I tried to schedule a surgery procedure and the surgery scheduler Tamari (not sure if I spelled her name right)was very unprofessional when I tried to find out why they haven't contacted me after 4 attempts and leaving messages to contact me back. She told me you can accept my apology (not really an apology) or go somewhere else. In late Feb, she gave me numbers to contact the facility I was suppose to have the surgery at, to get an estimate and she told me to contact her back once I got it. She changed her story 3 times for her reason why they haven't contacted me back, 1st saying she tried to contact me back and left messages, 2nd she said the phone number changed, and 3rd she said they were only contacting to most important cases right now, the ones most affected. Then she said she wasn't in charge of it when I called, she said another lady was in charge. I was told to speak directly to her. It's funny how I spoke with the operator and got her on the line right away after trying to reach her 4 different times. I told her to prove where she tried to contact me back and she got very defensive saying she was not going to argue with me. I see Dr Gaslin at the Gastonia location but after that phone call I will be looking at another doctor at a different practice. ENTCarolina you better start checking your employees or your going to lose a lot of business. If I treated my guest like she treated me, I would have been fired on the spot. I understand with everything going on it's a busy time, but if someone calls you 4 times and asks you to call them back, you would think that most places would.

I changed to Dr. Gaslin from a previous ENT that had preformed surgery on me and was VERY poor at communicating and follow-up. When I first met Dr. Gaslin, I was immediately impressed by the empathy he showed as well as his knowledge of what I was continuing to experience, post surgery. Dr. Gaslin not only explained a variety of treatments that were possible and what I should expect, but he did so by taking his time with me, answering any questions that I had and even filling in gaps that I had not thought to ask about. We ALL want a caring, knowledgable person to treat us, and I can 100% assure you that Dr. Goslin is that person! Thank you again for being such a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable person in your field!
