I wanted to get my breasts done because they felt sort of saggy 12 years after my son was born. I wanted to look good in my clothes. I'd been to a different doctor for a consultation but it wasn't until I went to Dr. Niccole that I really understood everything. When I met with Dr. Niccole, he didn't encourage me to get really big implants like other doctors do. He advised me against implants that would look disproportionate with my body and he turned out to be right. Once I was home after the procedure, I felt like one of my breasts might be higher than the other so I called the office and the nurse told me to send an email photo if I was comfortable. It saved me a trip and she said the band wasn't high enough on one side. A few weeks later, my breasts were perfectly proportional. I am really happy and I'm saving for a rhinoplasty with Dr. Niccole!

I went to Dr. Niccole for breast augmentation not really to increase my size, which was fine, but to get fullness, to look natural but like I was wearing a pushup bra without having to wear one--and he interpreted just what I wanted! I'm really happy with the results, especially after they dropped after a couple weeks. I can wear those cute lacy bralets and unpadded sports bras now. I was sort of nervous because a friend had a painful experience and had to stay home for two weeks but that was the opposite of my experience. I could stop the pain meds by the third day. I would totally recommend Dr. Niccole to my friends.

I'm in my 70's and people are always shocked to find that out. Also, no one would ever guess that I've gotten work done because I look natural. I went to Dr. Niccole for breast augmentation and liposuction on my thighs. He was incredible. I was surprised how quickly he recognized my unique situation as a professional body builder. He got what I wanted right away. I didn't have to explain much at all to him. I had breast fed my two children and though my breasts weren't saggy, they were smaller and not as full as before. I wanted to present myself well in competitions and also look feminine. So having my breasts back to the original D cup has been amazing. I also had a harder time training my outer thighs, because genetically they have been thick and I couldn't build them as easily. Since Dr. Niccole did the lipo, they're no more difficult to train than any other part of my body. Dr. Niccole himself elicits a sense of deep trust. Even in one consultation with my then-fiance and I, his willingness to take the time to first get to know us through small talk was key. His manner made it easy to answer his questions and ask him whatever we needed to. Years later, the results of my surgeries are still completely intact and I'm looking good and going strong in my competitions.

Dr. Niccole put in my implants 12 years ago, and I'd never had a problem, but I was doing Spartan training with my son and I overdid it, causing a hematoma in one of my breasts. It didn't heal, because I didn't stop training. My rheumatologist was alarmed that the breast was hard, saying I needed to go to a plastic surgeon asap. There was no question it had to be Dr. Niccole. I called and got an appointment the very next day and he got me on antibiotics. He said it was leaking blood and could be septic. He wanted me to come in two days later for surgery--he was that concerned. He replaced my old saline implants with silicone ones. My breasts are now perfect. They're softer and I've been told they look more natural.

I've had breast cancer three times. I've had two partial mastectomies and one double mastectomy. With the partials, the implants Kaiser had put in, there were many complications because of the radiation and chemo and my body was rejecting the implants. Since 2011, Dr. Niccole has put me together again and again. He has done numerous liposuction/fat injections so that I have natural breasts. After I had cancer the third time, the double mastectomy was extremely traumatic to my body. One of my breasts turned black and Kaiser said it died, so they were just going to cut it off. Dr. Niccole adamantly declared that it was still alive and I would see it come back. I don't know how he knew, but he was right. I knew him enough by then to listen to him. He can do no wrong. The blood came back into the breast and he worked to fix it. He has always reassured me to hang in there and he would work until it was right. He even selected me his clinic's Magic Mirror program in 2013, where he donated a fat injection procedure to me. His colleague Dr. von Maur performed the procedure, and it turned out wonderful. Today I am not only healthier, I look beautiful. One of my breasts is perfect and the other one is almost perfect.

I've felt unbelievably horrible about my nose my whole life. It's not that it's big or terribly misshapen, but the tip of my nose and the piece of skin between my nostrils protruded. When I smiled, it would hang low and my nostrils would go up. Dr. Niccole needed the smallest amount of explanation and description from me and he knew exactly what I wanted. In addition, he offered to minimize the small bump on the bridge of my nose. Compared to other doctors I consulted with, he was far more caring and accommodating. I got to have my surgery the week following my consultation. He was so nice and thoughtful through the whole process and immediately fixed the small complication I had after surgery. I feel 100% better about my nose now. People who've known me my whole life don't have any idea that I got a nose job, they think it's my hair. I've even gained 15 pounds and look amazing because of what Dr. Niccole did to my nose.

When I went for the consultation, I knew I wanted to go a lot bigger. I was a 34A and I wanted to know what it was like to not have to wear those big old padded bras. I wanted certain shirts to look better. I wanted to know what it was like to have bigger breasts. Dr. Niccole really got this. He showed me before-and-after pictures with my body type with CGI images of what my body would look like with different shapes and sizes. He said that most women who err on the side of going smaller later regret not going bigger. That stuck with me and I changed my mind to go bigger just a few days before the procedure. Dr. Niccole was able to accommodate that. At first I experienced a bit of disassociation with my body because it was so different, but months later, I don't even remember what I looked like or felt like before. My husband loves it, and my mom who thought plastic surgery was evil is saying she wants hers done too.

At first Dr. Niccole was easy to trust because some of my friends had the same surgery done by him that I wanted and they were happy with the results. When I met him during the initial consultation, that confirmed it for me personally. He was really confident and when I described what I wanted, he got it right away and showed me pictures of patients who'd gotten the size I wanted who also had a similar frame and height as me. I've always been tall and smaller on top, so I didn't want to go big like a stripper, I just wanted to be proportional. He nailed it. And the recovery time was surprisingly quick. I'd heard all kinds of things about how healing takes forever, but I was just a bit sore the day of, back to work within 10 days, and back to the gym within three weeks. I think that is because of Dr. Niccole's experience and skill.

I went to Dr Niccole to revise by ruptured implant and instead I get 2 breasts that look totally different from each other. Different size, different shape and different position. My left breast is already hanging down to my waist. During my 3mth post-op, he became so angry at me telling me it is my fault because I should have come in sooner because he would have had me wearing a strap. If he would have read my chart, he would have realized I had been wearing the strap since by 2wk post-op. When I repeated that several times, he ignored me and continued to say it is my fault for my botched breasts. He said he will fix it but I'm going to have to pay for the surgery center & anesth. So it already cost me close to $10,000.00 and he wants more $ to fix his bad work? The arrogance of him to blame me for his work and do it in such an angry manner. The worst thing about this emotional & physical trauma is his lack of compassion and lack of accountability. I'm so insecure & depressed about my breasts and since I'm not made of money, I don't see how I will ever be normal again. I don't know how he sleeps at night knowing what he is doing to some of his patients.

Once I discovered Dr. Niccole, I didn't feel the need to look further. Another doctor I'd looked into tried to up-sell me by trying to get me to believe I needed more work done and to go bigger. Dr. Niccole listened to what I was saying and respected it. At first he thought maybe down the road I might want to get something else done, but after my surgery, he said I'm perfect the way I am. That means a lot to me because my body isn't perfect, I have a lot of scars. He also accomplished what I requested--to not stop traffic with new breasts, but to feel more feminine. People have noticed something's different about me, but they aren't quite sure what. That's the subtlety I wanted. Dr. Niccole has a delightful sense of humor as well, so going back for follow up visits is a pleasure and something to look forward to.

I knew I could trust Dr. Niccole because he performed surgery on my mom years ago and she is the one who told me about him. I was very self-conscious about how flat and boy-like my figure was, and I thought I was going to have to wait until after college to get the surgery done because it's such an involved procedure, but Dr. Niccole did a breast augmentation in between my semesters. By the time school started, I was ready to go back. He was very supportive of me and understanding how I felt during the whole process. He made me feel comfortable and helped me in the recovery process. I'm in ROTC and he has given me some guidance as the muscles in my breasts were impacted through the surgery. As I've followed his instructions I've been gaining strength. Not only do I look like a girl now, I'm as strong as one should be.

I greatly respect Dr. Niccole. In my surgery, he had planned to do a breast lift and then augmentation. But after he did the lift, he could see that it would be too tight to put the implants in. There was a very short amount of time, and he had to make a decision to go forward or to play it safe and risk my being disappointed with "half" of my procedure. I'm very thankful that he played it safe with my health. It also gave me a chance to see if I would truly want the implants, or if I would be happy with just the lift. Well, having breast fed three children, it turns out that I really did want those implants. So I went back in and he did a great job. I have that youthful feeling back and I can wear summer dresses without a bra. What an amazing feeling!

Dr. Niccole is really sweet, but also certain about knowing what he's doing. I got a breast lift and augmentation from him years ago and he kept asking to see if I genuinely wanted to go as big as I had requested. I thought, "Why wouldn't I?" But he was right. I would see pictures of myself and I thought the bigger size made me look fat. So this time around, I took his counsel and went a touch smaller. And they look great. I'd called his office because it had been almost 10 years and the old implants were leaking, and he prioritized me and got me in for replacement surgery within two weeks. I know he's got a packed patient load, so I feel that says a lot about him and his concern for my well being.

Dr. Niccole was amazing. I wanted the bags under my eyes removed, and it was his idea to do a less invasive procedure by doing fat injections to take away the appearance of bags. He also refined my nose so it's not as wide when I smile now and most people can't tell I've had "work" done but notice I'm looking good. The best part for me is that I've heard a lot of people who get abdominoplasties have really ugly belly buttons and scars afterward. It sort of defeats the purpose. But I was told Dr. Niccole does amazing belly buttons and he did. I can't see any difference with my belly button and the scar is fading and it's not raised or anything. I had three major procedures at one time. I feel and look comfortable once again with my face and body. I can't wait to wear my bikini.

Dr. Niccole is the director of CosmetiCare and has been there since I went in 25 years ago to get my first breast lift. He sets such a wonderful tone in the office. Everyone is like family and seems to get along, and he's like a father figure. He replaced my implants, which lasted an extremely long time without complications, but were starting to sag. I saw the YouTube video of the surgery before I went in, just so I could see what he would do, and it looked so scary, I thought I was going to die in surgery. But when I woke up, it was really nothing. I've had four procedures there and they keep getting easier. Dr. Niccole also very available. I had a clogged milk gland and he had me come right back in for that. He took a syringe, numbed the area, and fixed it in a heartbeat. I know I can go back anytime I need to.
