Dr. Michael P Hudson, MD

Saw Dr. Hudson at Henry Ford Hospital 14th Floor clinic. Staff was polite and fast checking me in. Dr. Hudson spent >30 minutes talking and examining me. He explained my condition better than all my hospital doctors. I am making appointment for my mom with him.

Very impressive, especially since I'm not easily impressed. He obviously studied my history prior to seeing me based upon his questions. I was seeing him for surgical clearance, which he made sure to cover any potential health considerations that could be problematic. Additionally, he took an interest in my nutrition and exercise program. Finally, he did his best to save me time by covering areas above and beyond my reason for seeing him. OUTSTANDING!

excellent care during hospital stay and clinic

The doctor had a superiority complex that prohibited him from providing the best care for my 85 year old mother. He did not listen to me, he was more concerned with inmpressing the residents around him. Dr. Hudson told me not to take what the junior physician the night before said as factual. This raised the concern that my mother may not be in the right place. It wasn't until he picked up on the fustration in my voice that he started to listen. There was no diagnosis. I was told my mother's low heart rate was not low enough to cause concern. But she was kept at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit for 2 days undergoing unneccesary tests. I was not satisfied with the care from "The Boss" Dr. Hudson.
