I have been a patient of Dr. Robert's for 14 years and was very pleased with the care until about 2 years ago. His practice has overgrown, and he can no longer be seen. In the last year I haven't seen the same person twice, certainly not him. If you call sick, 5 weeks for appt.Of course, he does have 7 children and a new custom built house to pay for.

Long wait Inefficient staff Revolving door of practitioners and nurses Dr does not communicate well with patients

Finding a good health care provider is difficult these days. We love our Dr. Roberts.

rude desk girl, And over charges for simple office visits price has gone up 3 times.... Go elsewhere... too much greed here.

Had a mammogram performed which had abnormal results and never received a phone call from his office. The report was faxed to his office the same day as my mammogram yet office staff stated they did not receive the abnormal report until 4 days later. This is not the only time we had issues. My husband had a leg injury that got worse after Dr. Roberts evalulated him and he could not get into his office to be seen. Ultimately, he had to be treated several time in the ER. ER should not be used for this type of treatment.

If you work a normal 8 to 5 job during the week, this is not the doctor for you. Their policy is you have to come in for all lab results. I had to take off 3 hours of work and waited an hour after my appointment time so the nurse practitioner could tell me I was a little low in B vitamin (when low you feel more sleepy). When I tried to talk to the office manager about this issue for the working customer, it was made clear that the policy will not change. I'm not even getting into the issue of paying a copy to be told something that took less than 5 min. I don't have the time to be called in to the doctor's office when nothing is wrong or a simple phone call can address it.

Dr. Roberts has been very helpful with my health problems. I recommend him for internal medicine doctor.

Dr. Roberts is attentive and experienced. I came with a concern that other doctors could not figure out for years and within just a few minutes he was able to figure my health issue. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Roberts.
