Horrible experience. Michael is the worst doctor I've ever experienced. He forced the visit to end less than 5 minutes after starting and was so impatient.

Discussed with him on Teladoc, super dismissive of my questions or hypotheses. Could not trust his diagnostic

I had a appointment with him his approach is to push his patient into his way of thinking without any human regard of how his patient is thinking or feeling. I found him to be cold and corporate and quickly caught on to how he handles patients.

I had this doctor on Teledoc. He was extremely rude.

I saw this doctor through a virtual visit for a rash. He was kind, knowledgeable and asked if I had any other questions. The appointment was fast which I appreciated. He prescribed the appropriate cream for my rash.

Had Pgannenstiel on teledoc. He was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions. He cut our appointment short and told me to get another appointment if I wanted the medicine he had just offered me. He finally agreed to give me the medicine after i demanded. Completely over the top to refuse care and rush me along as if I was cattle. In his prescription note he also put multiple passive aggressive remarks regarding our conversation. Would not recommend this doctor - - especially after seeing all the other 1 star reviews some of which sound dangerous.

Michael Pfannastiel is the worst MD I have ever talked to in my entire life. He has the bedside manner of Howard Stern! After 3 minutes he decided that my time was up, didn't listen to me, wrote a report that said I had a condition I do not have at all. The worst of the worst. Should not be allowed to practice medicine.

I had a teleheath visit with Dr Phannenstiel and he was very professional and very kind. He listen to my concerns and explained why I was having the rash in my right arm. He recommended treatment and gave me advice in what to do next. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.

I took my 10 year son to the ER yesterday with stomach / abdominal pains, Dr. Pfannenstiel was polite, professional and was very thorough. He ordered many tests to conclude his diagnosis and my son is now on the road to recovery. I wrote this review as the previous reviewers were so negative and I think doctors are not meant to be friendly chat buddies, they are busy and dealing with numerous cases in an ER situation. I also think moms should always have Motrin or Tylenol in their homes as a precaution as kids get fevers and growing pains regularly. I don't know this doctor personally but I would trust him to see my son again.

I am commenting on this doctor from an experience from 2007. When I read the recent comments on this doctor, I felt it necessary to chime in.-2007 I brought my 2 year old to the ER. Her o2 level was read a 85%. The Triage Nurse rushed her in the back to see the doctor. While we waited for the doctor she had a chest x-ray. Pfannestiel, this supposedly medical school graduate, looked at my daughter and said, "what do you want me to do with her? She has a cold. I looked at her x-rays and they are negative." Well, I waited hoping that she would seem better but she didn't. I took her back to the ER. She was then admitted to the hospital and then airlifted to Children's hospital in Missouri. At children's hospital she was diagnosed with RSV, Pneumonia, a collapsed lungs. Had Pfannenstiel had interpreted her X-Ray correctly things may have possibly been different for my child. She spent nearly 2 weeks in Children's hospital, all because the Doc is so unwilling to care for patients. WARNING If you get this guy as your doctor in the ER ask for whoever else is on staff or go elsewhere....

His bedside manner is horrible. He was very rude & had my daughter in tears.

I was completely humiliated by this doctor at my recent visit. I was ridiculed in front of others and was completed disrespected by his personal opinions.
