Dr Barry explained my choices very clearly and honestly. I was very happy with my experience with him and the staff at ORA.

I saw Dr. Berry regarding severe back pain that I have been experiencing for the past year. I had previously had x-rays and an MRI done with another physician. Dr. Beery was able to view the MRI and also had additional back x-rays taken at the time of my appointment. He discussed the lack of options available to me due to the severity of my condition (severe deterioration from L1 through L5). He was very honest in his view that he didn't consider surgery to be a viable option for me and I appreciated that. I also appreciated the time he took to discuss my situation and what my feelings were regarding surgery. We both agreed that surgery- for me - would not be in my best interest. It is so important to me, when talking with a doctor, to know that they are willing to listen to you, to hear your concerns, and then talk with you to find the best answer for your individual situation. Dr. Berry never made me feel that he was rushed - he made me feel that, as his patient, I deserved his total attention. And that is what my previous doctor (who did the original x-rays and MRI) failed to do. Dr. Berry gets a well-deserved five-star rating from me.

Dr. Berry was up front about everything that he was going to do. Very easy to talk with about things. Would wreck amend he to anyone

I have complete faith in Dr. Berry . The first time I had my appointment with Dr. Berry four years ago he said he didn’t think I was ready for surgery, but he did say I would probably be back in time. He was right, I will recommend Dr. Berry to everyone I know who needs back surgery .

Upon continued deterioration of my spine, I went back to Dr.Berry(who preformed my 1st successful surgery). The second was going to be more difficult and a more painful recovery. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor, explained the whole procedure, answered all our questions, checked on me each day as I remained in the hospital, and was always there to answer questions. 2 weeks since surgery and all is good.

I have disks of CT Scan, MRI's, etc In custody as the Dr report packet. Also, I am scheduled for interview with Dr Lee on 17June. Meds okay for now and doing acceptable. That be all for now. Please let me know if you do not receive this message. Thank you: Carole Hodshire
