Excellent cardiologist. I highly recommend.

Easy appointment. Great talk with Dr. Stokes. Felt up tight at first but he has a friendly attitude and I'm sure he is well liked and a very good doctor.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Stokes who has been most helpful.

The office staff were thorough and pleasant. Dr. Stokes assistant and back office staff were attentive and informed when asked a question. Dr. Stokes was attentive and listened thoroughly as well as explained the reason of any further tests needed. Checking out and future appointments to be made was simple and accommodated my schedule nicely. I would recommend Dr. Stokes and staff to my family and friends without hesitation.

Very positive. The wait was short the staff was friendly and Dr. Stokes took time for my questions and was very informative. I recommend him to anyone having any cardiac issues. he is kind and compassionate, but can be firm when needed.

It was a very short wait time. Dr. Stokes was very thorough and took the time to explain everything very clearly and answered all my questions in easy to understand terms. He really put alot of my fears to rest. I feel very confident about being able to deal with my health concerns with him as my dr.

Dr. Stokes is a very caring doctor. I'm very happy to have him as my cardiologist. Most importantly, I trust him.

Appointment was on time. He answered my many questions. He suggested a medication to see if it would solve my problem. He did not recommend stents at this time, until the medication was given a chance to work.

He doesn't listen to the patient. He didn't even adresse the issue I was supposed to be seen for. Assumed this that. Actually he wasn't even the Dr that was supposed to see me. Beside manors are horrible. Never ever going back. He may have been a good Dr at one time, but I think its time to hang it up and retire

I’m new to Panama City and was in search of a new cardiologist. Fortunately for me I found Dr. Stokes. One of the friendliest and most thorough doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend him and his pleasant staff!!

My appointment was 26 July 2023 and I saw him for exactly 5 minutes. He kept cutting me off and criticizing me about cancelling appointments. He stated loudly several times that he would NEVER schedule another stress test appointment for me again and he would see me in one year. He would not listen to me explain the issues that prevented me from taking the test. Each time I called I explained the issue to his staff who appeared to understand and told me to just reschedule for a later date. He would not listen to me. I tried to request an alternative test, but he kept cutting me off. I had to go to the Emergency Room for treatment for my swollen arm, chest pain and extremely swollen ankles that caused me pain when I walked. I was told to do a follow up with him and discuss my ER visit and what they noted on my EKG, but I will not be doing that. I believe he is a great doctor, and he has a lot to offer, but that particular day, he was rude and dismissive to me. I wish him well, but I will seek an alternate doctor.
