He shouldn't be practicing medicine! He used many textured breast implant clients. Can't imagine those clients struggle!

I went to see Dr. Tantillo 2 1/2 months ago for a full tummy tuck and liposuction, he's the best plastic surgeon in all Boston, ma! Brilliant doctor, so kind and respectful, most of all great listener. He's honest and caring, and tells you the truth. I would defiantly go back to Tantillo again in the future. - jenny a.

Dr. Tantillo's office was easy to get to. He was professional, non-threatening and trustworthy. I am an under 30 woman who had a breast consultation.

I went in for a consultation to see Dr. Tantillo and from the start of the meeting he was short and dismissive. He made no eye contact and was vague with his responses to my questions. When I asked him to be more specific about his work, one of his exact responses he says " I am not going to toot your horn". I was very disappointed and needless to say appalled. He lacked compassion and was rude.

I spent months trying to find a doctor and finally came across dr tantillo... which was a god send! although ive had major.pain and muscle issues due to my surgery (which is my bodies fault.not his) dr tantillo did an amazing.job! I look so natural and im sooooo happy with my results! he is a true perfectionist! I have friends who have had augmentations from others and mine are amazing.compared to theirs! choose tantillo if you want a trustworthy person!! I

Dr. Tantillo and his staff were amazing to work with for my breast lift and augmentation! He is extremely talented and experienced. Trust him! When you go in for your consultation, tell him what you want and he will deliver. He is very easy to work with and is extremely patient and attentive. I am recommending him to all of my friends, colleagues, etc. I am 4 weeks post-op and obviously very pleased with my results. I had a consultation with another Boston-area surgeon prior to my consultation with Dr. Tantillo and the comparison between both surgeons was a no-brainer. Dr. Tantillo listened to me, took all my measurements, put me through the virtual scanner, told me the cc's he would recommend and then took me back to his office and walked me through every detail. I ended up going 50ccs below what he recommended, but in foresight I definitely could've gone with the ccs he recommended, though I am very happy with my size. Again - highly recommend Dr. Tantillo and his staff. Very professional, experienced and talented.

I found out about Dr. Tantillo from a friend who had a procedure done by him a couple years ago. I had 2 pre op appointments with him and thought that he and everyone else that worked there was very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and put up with me when I kept changing the size I wanted! My experience before surgery was wonderful. The day of surgery I was very, very nervous because I have never had any type of surgery before. Dr. Tantillo did a good job making me feel at ease. Before I knew it the surgery was over and I was in no pain, just sleepy. My recovery went well and was easier than I thought. I healed very well and was back to doing most normal things in one week. I am now 2 months post op and I am very satisfied with my breast augmentation results. I am still staying away from any strenous activities and massaging my right breast more because it hasn't fully dropped as much as the left which he said was normal. (same thing happened to my friend) I am having my next post op in 2 weeks. Dr. Tantillo really cares about his patients and still takes care of them long after surgery. Im looking forward to the near future when they will be completly healed. Having my breast augmentation was the best decision I have ever made! I feel great about myself and love the way I look. I highly recommend Dr. Tantillo!

I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon, experience and results! Prior to getting breast augmentation I met with a handle of plastic surgeons in the Boston area, including Newbury st and MGH Hospital. No one made me feel as comfortable and confident as Dr. Tantillo.He not only answered the hundreds of questions I had with absolute patience (every single one of them), but also took the pressure off of scheduling a surgery date (unlike some other surgeons I had met with). He listened carefully to the results I wanted, gave professional suggestions and made me feel 100% comfortable. His entire team (especially Blakely) went out of there way to answer questions and address concerns.The surgery itself went as smoothly as it ever could-I couldn't have asked for a more caring and supportive group of health professionals.In all, my results are PERFECT, *exactly* what I had asked for ,down to the very last detail. I highly recommend Dr. Tantillo for any procedure being considered, there simply isn't anyone who compares to him or his work.

I was so thrilled with my experience pre and post surgery. I decided to have a breast reduction and abdominoplasty at the same and it was the best decision I have ever made. My results are excellent and I was still able to maintain my result even after giving birth to my last baby

It's been about 11 months since my surgery and I couldn't be happier. I had a breast lift several years ago by a different doctor. Dr. Tantillo revised that lift and did an augmentation with silicone implants. He did a fantastic job. He produced exactly the results I was hoping for.

I did a lot of research on just what and how things are to be done before making the plunge into getting Breast Augmentation. I had heard really nice things about Dr. Tantillo. He knows just how to handle all your questions and doesnt push you to make decisions . He leaves it all up to you with complete professionalism . He did an amazing job on my surgery.. I still cant believe how wonderful a job he did.. It is amazing how much I can not see my incisions . I am only in my third week of recovery and everything is really beautiful . His staff takes great care of getting you all the materials for taking on the journey.. They make you feel really comfortable and take care of all of your questions. Everything is going really well . I would recommend his work to anyone going into this procedure.

I've been contemplating having a breast augmentation for about 3 years and Dr. Tantillo was the first doctor I had a consultation with. He's very nice, caring, professional, knowledgeable and patient. It was my first time having surgery and I was extremely nervous. He sat and talked with me to help calm me down. His whole surgical team had amazing bed side manner and they were all really friendly. I'm about 5 weeks post-op from getting a breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier! The recovery period was only about 3 days and I was back to normal activities. I've already recommended him to a few of my co-workers. I honestly don't think I could have found a better doctor.

Feel that my liposuction procedure was too aggressive ... I now have "dents', indentations at the sides of my buttocks/flanks and a sagging butt because too much volume was removed ... horrible ... I could tell by the look on Dr T's face on post surgery visit that he knew it also ... strangely, had very little follow-up, and, no surprise, although he took "before' pictures he wasn't interested in documenting his work or taking photos of me as an "after" advertisement ... never got any follow-up from him.

After years of contemplating a breast augmentation I decided now was the time.After investigating and checking credentials I went on 2 consultations with plastic surgeons, Dr Tantillo was my first consultation and in the end I chose him to perform my surgery. He took the time to meet with me (free consultation) and discuss what I was looking for, took measurements, showed me photos etc.... I had additional questions after that visit and I was able to get another appointment with the Dr . I was told I could come back as many times as I wanted. I booked the surgery (Nov 2010) and also included a breast lift with the augmentation and it was performed on site at the Brookline office in the operating room suite, which is fully accredited. The operating room staff was top notch and made me very comfortable. I really never had pain and did not need any narcotics after surgery which I believe is due to the technique that Dr Tantillo uses. I just took ibuprofen.. Dr Tantillo also called me at home after surgery to check up on me and provided me with his cell number and I was told to call him at any time with any questions.......I am so happy with the final resultsI highly recommend Dr Tantillo!

I had breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Tantillo and could not be happier with my results. The entire experience with the practice has been wonderful. The office staff is friendly, the operating team took excellent care of me, and Dr. Tantillo did an absolutely perfect job. Before I had the actual surgery I was given lots of helpful information and both the office staff and Dr. Tantillo answered all of my questions anytime I called. I was never pressured, and I was invited to call or visit the office as many times as I wanted both before and after my procedure. Dr. Tantillo listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I would do it again in an instant!

I went to Dr. Tantillo for a consult concerning breast augmentation. I had seen two other doctors prior to him and didn't like either one. Both of them tried to push their idea of what I should do on me without actually listening to what I wanted.Dr. Tantillo was the total opposite of the other two surgeons. He was respectful and attentive. He listened to what I wanted, took many measurements and suggested a size implant that would get me where I wanted to be (which was a very modest size). In the recovery room I got sick twice, so Dr. Tantillo stayed with me and held my hand. He then gave me a prescription for an anti-nausea med and sent me home. He called that night and the next day to see how I was doing. I'm 8 weeks post-op and my breasts are wonderful. I highly suggest you have a consult with Dr. Tantillo if you are considering plastic surgery.

Dr. Tantillo and his team designed and executed a perfect rhinoplasty for me and provided attentive post-operative care. I strongly recommend him.
