I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with this office! The receptionist, Carla, understood my circumstances and helped me by putting me on Dr. Bertsch’s waiting list for a cancellation and then actually called me when an opening came up. That was the start of my wonderful experience with Dr. Bertsch! Heather, her nurse, was terrific as well and these are the people who lead up to Dr. Bertsch who’s caring, kind, smart, listens to what you tell her and knows exactly what she’s doing! I totally recommend her to anyone who is in need of an extraordinary doctor!
