Very talented surgeon that discussed every option I asked him about for a condition that all my other doctors ignored. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the office has the highest technology.

Quick to push surgery. Gets angry if you question him. used laser on my wife’s eyes (both) at same appointment and didn’t used any anesthetic and told her it was safe for her to drive home. Upon seeing another retinal specialist he noted unneeded surgery and not standard in field not to use anesthetic / numb prior to laser on anyone’s eyes. Not a good person or doctor. Avoid him. Get a second opinion from another specialist at another practice.

I’m very pleased with my eye care that I receive from Dr Busquets and staff. My only angst is that as long as I’ve been a patient, I’ve never been able to access my AIO patient portal.

I have been trying for ever to get paperwork filled out by the doctor . I keep getting excuses . He seems like a great skilled surgeon. But as for filling out paperwork to help his patients keep their life on track , this doesn't seem to be a priority .

I started seeing flashes in my eye on Sunday and was able to get in for an appointment with Dr. Busquets on Monday! The staff was friendly from the girls at the front desk to the doctor's assistant. While the visit was longer than usual, I understood the need to wait, since I was added to the schedule as an emergency. He did a very thorough exam and luckily, I didn't have anything serious happening. THANK YOU DR. BUSQUETS!

Doesnt care about whether the patient needs money coming in when disabled only seems to care about himself and making sure he gets what's coming to him. Doesnt want sign paperwork I need so I can pay my Bill's and keep food on the table. I wish my family would have picked another doctor. I feel a lawyer may be warranted at this point. I'm tired trying to get resolution.

I have never been to a doctor PERIOD that looked me in the eye and told me about my diagnosis. Losing vision is one of my worst fears and I KNOW that I am in good hands with Dr Busquets and his staff.
