Dr. Mini Bhaskar, MD

My last apt- annual check up- I used the timer on my phone and she was in the room 5 minutes and 23 seconds. B4 that nurse did weight & BP & asked if I had had a flu shot- maybe 3 minutes. That is ridiculous, she had not seen me for a year and I am a senior on meds w/ multiple problems and she thinks that is enough time for an exam? I even mentioned it had been longer since I saw my regular doctor. any concern I tried to address she just brushed me off to go see my regular doctor- who is not a rheumatologist and tells me to see Bhaskar abt problems related to what she is supposed to be treating me for. After so much time I really needed to be examined. Took blood- never heard and results that was weeks ago. YOU CAN NOT GIVE A PATIENT A PROPER EXAM IN 5 MINUTES! Looking for new doctor- hard as I do not drive anymore need one close someone can take me to.

Iâ??ve been dealing with RA for 10 years and even though my RA factor blood test doesnâ??t show high numbers it doesnâ??t mean that Iâ??m not suffering with pain. My previous doctor made me feel like I was just a whiner or that maybe it was all in my head. From my very first appointment with Dr. Bhaskar I felt like I had found a friend. She listened to my concerns and modified my medicine not just based on the blood test, I felt like I was finally being heard. It was great when I returned 1 month later pain free for the first time in years. When I told Dr. Bhaskar how I was feeling she gave me a big high five.

She is a GREAT DOCTOR! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bhaskar to anyone!

She is great! I am symptom free now and thankful.

I don't feel she cares or takes time to explain- "exams" ridiculously short & rushed, front desk bad as they always have new people who don't know what they are doing, big insurance mess due to them- I am switching to another doctor to hopefully get better care. Care- that is the word that is missing w/ Dr. Bhaskar.
