Very clean facility, compassionate staff, very prompt assistance. Dr. is always very thorough with information he is sharing concerning your condition.

Good to see that genuine, caring doctors still exist. I was referred to this doctor and was blown away by his compassionate demeanor (in addition to his intellect). The poem that is on his website is touching. He states he lives by that poem-and I agree that he does...and his dad must be very proud of him. Given the diagnosis from my PCP- after talking with Dr. Mizani, I feel hopeful about my future.

Dr. Mizani and his team are very efficient and professional. My appointment is scheduled in a timely manner. I receive a text or call the day before my appointment reminding me of the time. Very efficient! Dr. Mizani is brilliant. He looks at the whole patient as he assesses the concerns. He requests blood work be completed ahead of the scheduled visit in order to have the results for the appointment. This process enables him to review the blood work with the patient and make an informed diagnosis. Refills are managed in a timely manner with my pharmacy. I appreciate Dr. Mizani for his clinical expertise and great bedside manner. He is a great communicator with his patients, always explaining the disease process.

Dr. Mizani is an excellent physician. He is very thorough and explains things is plain English. Dr. Mizani is also a very caring and understanding doctor who is compassionate and considerate of his patients needs.

In 2011 I was in a coma with a 95 percent chance of not making it after crashing during dialysis. Dr mizani took care of me never giving up and never left my side, keeping my family updated and brought me thru. He is the kindest most compassionate Dr.you will find. Also the most educated and up to date in his field. I consider myself lucky to have him as my physician. He is my guardian angel.

Dr. Mizani is wonderful. He treats your whole person, not just your kidneys. He is very informative, kind, takes time to listen to his patients. He is super smart. Has been my parents dr. for over 5 yrs. Could not ask for a better Dr.

Dr Mizani is the best, and because of him and his diagnosis of my husband's illness he is doing great. My husband is on dialysis but we are waiting for a Transplant. Dr. Velez and Dr Mizani heading the Santa Rosa Transplant, good choice.... Thank you to all the US RENAL techs, nurses, and staff and all of Dr. Mizani's staff. You are great.

My Beloved Dad of 88yrs was a patient for about 3yrs and enjoy talking to Dr.Mizani.There was times when I would call the office for reasons my Dad was doing well.I would always ask to speak to Veronica so she could take the message and imedicately,Dr.Mizani would call me.When my Dad was in and out of hospital.Dr.Mizani visits were daily.He even order a provider to stay though the night with my Dad. That was awesome because I had my Mom of 84yrs to care for Now my Mom is Patient of Dr. Mizani.Thank you,Doctor for all you have done for my family.I have never had to complaint about any of his staff member.

he has been my doctor since early 90's and i trust him with my life and you can't say that about 89% percent of doctors now and days!
