Dr. Mohammad Afzal Choudhry, MD

I have been Dr. Choudry patient for 20 years. He is very thorough and helpful for my neurological care.

No stars if i could, he was very rude to both my parents :(

Very kind and helpful which matters the most

So far the doctor been really great. He listens to me. He doesn't talk over me. I can understand him. Hes been really nice, i dont have to wait an hour and a half to be seen!

He is in too much of hurry--down the hall to a room; doesn't listen to patient; writes RX for medicine on Allergy List--doesn't bother checking info he has. Showed him list on last visit!! Left room while I was still talking to him. He wants to treat you for what he wants--not what issue is--head numbness, prickling associated with MS. Passed off my age & length of time I've had MS. Wanted to prescribe something for my feet!! NOT MS issues!!

I agree with all the negative comments left prior to mine. This unhuman is in the wrong profession. Cold, rude, cruel and unquestionable. The office staff is cold!

He is no nonsense doctor. Donot go to his office demanding pain pills or disability. You will be disappointed. I worked for him and been.his pt. Donot try to play games of reviews to get something. IHOP

The only way this horrible man gets good ratings, he probably pays people or has family members who pose as verified patients! Would not let me speak, talked over me, berated me (have seen this several times on other reviews from other patients! on this site!) do not know how horrible ppl like this man have a medical license ,walk this planet in the first place. Beware?? do not go see this horrible man if you want to be treated with dignity, respect or empathy. would not approve medication he prescribed for me! All he did for me,rpescription, then a test, prescriptionthen a test! I just couldn't go back and be treated in the manner that he treated me as his patient.??

I have under care of Dr.Choudry for last few years for Parkinson's. He has been very helpful and in time doctor and get my prescriptions and therapy done whenever needed. Staff is efficient too

Go see this dr if you want to be criticized and talked down to. I have never in my adult life felt so belittled by someone I came for to get answers and didn’t even get those. I have no more faith left in humanity. Thanks doc for making me feel like a worthless human.

I have going to this doctor with my father for more than five years for Parkinson and he has been very helpful. He had occasional bad staff. He always provided me copies of test results and explained to us. We never feel entitled to get free service at private clinic and always pay our bills and never had any problems at any of my father doctors office. It is shameful what when people donot respect their doctors and defame them.

TODAY I WENT FOR RESULTS OF 2 MRIS I HAD ONE OF MY BRAIN AND 1 OF MY NECK AND THERE WERE POSSIBLE BONE CANCER AND POSSIBLE DEMENTIA AND THIS DOCTOR REFUSED TO DISCUSS ANY OF THE FINDINGS OF THESE TESTS AND JUST KEPT SAYING IT DOES NOT PERTAIN TO ME. I LEFT AND CAME HOME AND MADE AN APPT WITH A NEW NEUROLOGIST. THIS DOCTOR WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE.

Dr. Choudry is an excellent doctor and wonderful person to talk to. He helped me so much. I am grateful that I was referred to him.

When I saw the Dr. Choudhry and explainrd to him what was happening to me. I expected some eye contact from him, he was too busy looking at his computer screen while questioning me. Once in a while he will glanced at me but continued reading and or looking at the screen on his computer. He increased the milligrams of one of my medications I was alredy taking. Next day I was very sick to my stomach and felt sleppy all day. He suggested and injected Botox where I was experiencing the pain on my forehead and back of my neck. He also prescribed a narcotic med. which I'm not taking. I continue to experience the same pain and I'm supposed to see him in two weeks from the initial visit. I'm not sure I want to see him again because my confidence in him has completely vanish.
