Dr. Mona Tara has helped me get to the root cause of my autoimmune conditions and I am making great progress.

I have been a patient of Dr Tara's for over 6 years. I met her when she took care of my dying mother in the ICU in the hospital. She is brilliant and compassionate. I was lucky to get in as her patient, she takes only a few since she spends 30-60 minutes with you every visit. She will go to all ends to figure out what is wrong. The other review does not make sense, if the person talked to Dr Tara about all this, I'm sure there is a misunderstanding. I don't want to see her get a review like this because she is the best there is. If only all doctors spent time and cared.

This is the first time I've written such a review b/c I feel it's important to share this info with others: Don't be fooled by Dr. Tara's pleasant bed-side manner. In my experience of working with her (~5 visits)and her experience as a pulmonologist, she missed important basic screenings for significant respiratory-related issues (including surgery, biopsy, etc.) that are now being explored with others who are more professional. She also ordered a number of expensive "esoteric" lab tests that she then apparently did not know what to do with and even though the results of these were anomalous, she did not seem to know whatsoever what to do with said results. Sadly, I would not recommend her, whatsoever.

I never found a better doctor. She is very detailed, very accurate and easy to talk to.

The most caring and thoughtful dr I have ever had. She makes sure that u feel like you are getting great care and that she cares!

Mona has been a professional in everyway,I cannot be more thankfull.
