Experience was smooth as silk. All aspects of diagnosis visit were attended to and ran as expected. Written materials were straightforward and easy to understand and follow. The doctor in particular was professional and extremely responsive to my particular circumstances. He helped me work out my surgical schedule to manage an important meeting, where only one of my eyes will have a new lens. He also gave excellent service in helping me determine which new lens would be best for me. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent!
