Dr. Myrtle Eliza Goore, MD

I stopped going here a year ago due to rude and rushing receptionist. Dr. Goore is so kind so is the one who draws the blood. Can you do something about the receptionist?? Her name is Shaneice. Wish she was kind, listen, before she pours out answers, patient, and as professional as all receptionist should.

Doesn’t answer the phone and takes it off the hook. How unprofessional

I drive more than an hour to Dr. Goore's office. She and her staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. I had bloodwork done and returned a week later for the results and a checkup. Dr. Goore went over every result and took time to explain what each one meant and how my results would affect my health. She made recommendations for me, which are easy to follow. I highly recommend this practice.

I recently moved to Montgomery and was looking for a doctor. I found this doctor and based upon the reviews I selected her. I went to my appointment and was refused service because I had misplaced my insurance card. I had my Tri-Care, government ID and a picture of my insurance card my son texted. I asked if they could call and verify but was refused. On top of that BCBS informed me this office is a contract business. They have access to BCBS system and could have punched in my SSAN and validated my insurance. I work in Birmingham. Stayed home from work and still was not seen. Poorest customer service ever!!!

She has been my Doctor over 25 years. She is awesome and listens to my concerns.

I have utilized Dr. Goore's services for several years and found her to be an excellent physician. She keeps up with the latest techniques and practices and is thorough and caring with her patients. She takes the time to find out what is wrong, she listens to you and responds to your questions. I have had a great experience with her as my doctor.

Professional & Compassionate. I like a Provider that works holistically with me not just write a prescription for everything and she listens to her patients. Yes I recommend Dr. Goore to everyone seeking a Health Care Provider.
