Dr. Nanako Broughton, MD

Very caring, friendly, compliant, and knowledgeable. We love Dr. Broughton

Currently Nanako is my primary care which I desperately need to change. It’s now been numerous times that she hasn’t followed through with important things I need such as calling my insurance company to make sure they accepted that I needed an mri which she said she did but I checked and she did not. Also she then proceeded to tell me my insurance is specific so she didn’t want to when my insurance company literally said she just needed to call to get it approved. Now I’m currently in a loop where I’m constantly trying to get a hold of her to fix this because my back injury has gotten worse and literally I have tried called and making appointments over 10 times with lies that I will be followed up with but no response. I’m completely unsatisfied with this treatment it’s just wrong.

Does any know where Dr. Broughton is practicing now? She is no longer in Yulee. She took great care of my wife.

Dr. Broughton is the best doctor I have ever been to in my 63 years off living. Too bad she is no longer at Yulee

Dr. Broughton is amazingly wonderful taking care of her patients. Just can’t say enough about her as she is plain out awesome.

Can anyone tell me if she is still practicing in yulee? I have been seeing her for awhile now but she left yulee family practice in Dec 2018... she was a wonderful MD. I’d love to continue seeing her. Can anyone help me out

She always displays the utmost professionalism while listening to every word I say. More doctors need to be like Dr. Broughton.

Dr. Broughton is phenomenal. She listened, evaluated thoroughly, and answered all my concerns. She inspires confidence with her knowledge, and down-to-earth manner. I had. I never had any problems making an appointment and she followed up with me after the appointment. She had called me to ask me how I am doing and tell me test results. I would recommend her to all my friends.

Dr Broughton takes a lot of time to listen and answer patients. She is really knowledgeable about huge range of medical info and I am very impressed. Her staff members are quite but very kind, too.

The Doctor and receptionists were excellent but the nurse that took my blood barely spoke a word and left a large bruise. I waited a half hour to see the nurse.

After it became impossible to get another appt with my previous general physician (Lisa Kaufman), I went about searching for another. Several friends and colleagues recommended Dr. Chris. I prefer female drs so I went with Dr. Broughton. I couldn't have been more pleased! She took her time, asked plenty of questions, and addressed my concerns. I needed to get blood work done and the office had my results in 24 hrs. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone. I wasn't as pleased though with the staff. No one said that I wasn't supposed to eat or drink anything that day. They were also a bit harsh with taking my blood. But at least they were polite at the front desk.
