Dr. Kansra has always greeted me with a smile and a listening ear. I never felt rushed in any appointment as she really took the time to listen to my health concerns and asked about my overall well being and that of my family’s. (Like the old days) I never felt pressured, or dismissed in any way, and my favorite thing about her is that before pulling out a prescription she always suggested other more holistic ways to treat any issues. (Dietary, exercise, etc) She is amazing!!

need to have a new pcp because Dr. Savant had left. The staff Jessica was so kind, got me right in, explained to me about my insurance. I was so glad i was able to have Dr. kansra as I had seen her before on call. Staff is excellet. Thank you !

Wow, that is one person that does not feel the need to smile! My 1st appointment with her so I guess I expected at least a hand shake & a "nice to meet you". It was like I was at a job interview w/ a robot.

Staff and Doctor are extremely rude. Doctor does not listen to any concerns it's her way or no way. Can't get any prescription refills without calling the rude staff 3 times. I am looking for a different Doctor for sure.

I have never had a PCP as caring and authentic as Dr. Kansra! The staff are friendly and appear to enjoy their work. The facility is somewhat older and smaller than the practice deserves, but is always immaculate and uncluttered. I highly recommend Dr. Kansra and the practice.

This doctor took no time to establish rapport with me and immediately started barking orders. She ordered all kinds of tests that I did not understand, want or need. She told me "this is what I require and if you don't like it you may as well see someone else". She was brusque, unconcerned and the opposite of a caring healer. I cannot stand this horribly arrogant woman. Why is there no zero rating allowed?

My sister recommended this doctor because she newly transferred to her and we both had the same PCP who left the practice. Not only did she not listen or care about anything I had to say, she wanted to completely take me off my thyroid medication after I told her the regime I was on was the best I had ever felt in my life. Because she was unfamiliar with how I was dosing my thyroid medication, she wanted to change it and was unwilling to learn or be open about what I was taking and how I was dosing. I was on another medication she was unfamiliar with and was unwilling to refill my prescriptions for it. It is a said state of affairs when the medical student knew more about the medication than she did. Again, she was unwilling and very closed minded and not willing to listen to her patients. If there was a zero rating here I would give her that.
