Awesome Dr. Bastien-Montpeirous. Absolutely love her. She’s kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable. She listens and never rush. She’s very special to me. I highly recommend Dr. Bastien.

Dr Bastien is wonderful but the billing department is inept, doesn't return calls and engages in insurance fraud.

This doctor is the most compassionate and caring and thorough doctor I’ve ever met! She hugs me and she holds my hand when I’m going thru a lot and she speaks words of encouragement, ALL the time! She takes so much time with you and makes sure she hears all of your concerns. Just amazing!

Dr. Bastien-Montpeirous is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. And I have high standards, being the daughter of a Harvard trained research surgeon. Her diagnostic skills are extraordinary, the notes she takes are excellent, she listens, she has a heart. The time spent in the waiting room for her is worth it.

This doctor saved my life--I will not get into details but if it wasn't for her .......... sometimes the wait time for her is way too long but it's worth it. She LISTENS to you and she honestly cares what happens to you. I would recommend her to anyone.

Caring doctor, one of a kind!

I was new to the area and recently lost my husband so it was important to find a doctor who would understand both the physical and emotional needs that I had. Dr. Bastien has been a godsend and I was able to get in for a first appointment within a week. Most other doctors in the area are overbooked and can be months for a new patient appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bastien to anyone looking for a primary care doctor and she takes Obamacare health plans. She is an amazing listener and really talks through the options in terms of treatment. I would have to say Dr. Bastien is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had in my 62 years. The office staff are friendly and accommodating which is hard to find these days and the offices are super clean and not overcrowded. And you can get same day appointments if you need one. I had trouble finding a doctor that would take my Obamacare plan but this practice does. And Dr. Bastien did a lot of work to get a particular medicine approved by the insurance company that otherwise would have been extremely expensive. The Boynton Beach office is super convenient off 441 which is another benefit for me. Their patient portal is also great. They are very good about communicating through it with answers to your questions and test results. I highly recommend Dr. Bastien (and her staff) to anyone look for a caring and knowledgeable doctor in the Palm Beach County area.

The title of the review says it all. She had a conversation with me to get my medical history, rather than just going through a checklist as some doctors do. She remembers (with the help of good notes) what I said the last time I visited. She explains what she thinks is going on, and how she came to that conclusion. She was thorough, with an incredible bedside manner. Her office staff was pleasant also, which is almost as important to me as how I feel about the doctor.

The very best, most professional,accurate, doctor I've been to ever. She is intelligent, knowledgeable and a wonderful human being.

This doctor is wonderful. She actually cares about her patients, spends as much time as needed, and even gave me her personal number in case I needed to reach her while on vacation. She's very thorough with her exams and is very accurate with her recommendations and diagnoses. Highly recommend her!
