he is an artist and scientist, he and his staff explained everything and loved the surgery center in brentwood, if you need an eyelid lift or any procedure around your eyes Dr. Nichols is the best

Had eye surgery with him appx 5 yrs ago then the same issue was back a year later. When I went back Nicols took offense and was extremely RUDE. . Now that they've taken over the Optomology office in Bay Shore he's got his staff going through records from umteen years ago and billing us for them. YET HE WASN'T EVEN THERE BACK THEN! #scamartist

Went for biopsy on eyelid. Did tests to see if I would qualify for brow lift that him and his staff tried to sell me on. Didn't do biopsy but charged me 500.00. I hated experience so decided against the lift. I had to go back for biopsy. I had first appt and waited for 1 1/2 hours while he drank coffee and paced around playing with his phone. He finally took me in and did procedure. He cut a cyst out of my eyelid. He was rude, dismissing and did a terrible job. My eyelid is not the work of a plastic surgeon. I had to make an appointment in 5 weeks to get results of biopsy. They would not give me the results if I called. They said it was against the law to give results other than in person.$$$$$ I went back, he looked at me and said" how's the biopsy site?" I said " fine...how's the biopsy?" He said " good question" then had to look up results on computer. He is surly, arrogant and greedy. I could go on and on about this unpleasant experience but this sums it up.

I visited Dr Nichols twice for a chalazion in my eye lid and he the worst bed side manner I've ever witnessed in a doctor. He was unfriendly and disinterested in what I was saying. He walked out f the room when I was mid sentence and was looking at his cell phone consistently. Don't go to him!

I was tearing constantly after a complete exam Dr. Nichols diagnosed me with a condition called ectropion my eyelid was turning out and I had a blocked ear duct. I was suffering for years with no answers and I am so thankful for Dr. Nichols and now after the surgery on my lower kids and tear duxt surgery I am no longer tearing

Dr. Nichols was highly recommended by a friend ...she received Botox and juvederm with an amazing result...after a great thorough consultation I had upper eyelid beloharoplasty and my upper eyelids done they look amazing !!! Dr. Nichols is great!

Rude & incompetent. Without asking he was coaching a student as if I wasn't there. Overbooked he's frazzled.

I never followed through because the staff needs to get it together. If Doc & staff arent in sync then i feel uncomfortable using him
