I have seen Dr Crosby for different issues over the past several years and he is always kind, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I appreciate his good care!

Dr. Crosby, Kathleen, Tawanna and the whole staff did a wonderful job taking care of our son. They truly care and help the patient and family understand clearly what the path forward looks like. Thankful to have them taking care of us!

I went without a referral so it’s no surprise that after an evaluation, he told me I needed to see a different kind of Dr. I appreciated that he listened to my whole story and thoroughly checked my shoulder before telling me he needed to send me elsewhere.

Dr Crosby was very friendly and thorough in his checking of my wrist after surgery. He asked many questions and suggested many other hints about ways to improve my recovery.

Dr. Crosby and the entire staff were wonderful. I felt in very capable hands.

Appt was at 2pm, saw Dr Crosby by 2:05. Quick, thorough and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Highly recommended

Great visit with Dr. Crosby! I’ve recently fractured my hand and will need some surgery to correct it. The office was fast and friendly- barely waited to be seen. Everyone was kind and professional. I had plenty of questions but Dr. Crosby was knowledgable & great to work with.

I waited to see Dr. Crosby for 45 minutes after my appointment time, at which then a fellow walked in. No one let me know I would be waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time, of which time I could have stayed at work longer. As well, no in let me know I would be seeing a fellow who did all the “testing” on me.

Everything good from walking in the door. All staff friendly. Fellow Dr. Richardson did great preliminary consultation with me. Everything explained, all questions answered. Dr. Crosby offered up choices/solutions that were a best fit for me. Again, all questions and concerns addressed. Great experience!

Wait time was 30 min. That’s at least better than my previous appointment at the Harcourt location which was canceled “due to an emergency surgical procedure”. Couldn’t someone else see me? As for Dr. Crosby, who I briefly saw several years ago before being “shipped off” to another individual, who is most likely quite capable. However, I chose Dr. Crosby and hoped he’d serve as my attending physician. Our five minutes together were quite pleasant, and I appreciated his obvious knowledge of my situation. My appointment in six weeks is, once again, with another person. Hmmm.

There.is no better doctor than Dr Crosby. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted by friendly staff. The nurses are so helpful. Dr Crosby explains your situation and offers more than one solution …leaving it to the patient and doctor to decide the best treatment for his or her particular need. He is a skilled surgeon. He really cares about his patients.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hand and Shoulder office...everyone was so professional and easy to converse with..I am on oxygen and was on somewhat of a time schedule as my machine only charged for 2 hours..the staff upstairs were very helpful in getting me in and out safely..I appreciate their help ...so glad I came here

Everyone I met with today was super kind and thorough. I have had pain for a month and had been seen somewhere else with no help. Dr. Crosby and his team took their time to work with me to find an answer for a better treatment. I would recommend him to anyone with similar issues.

Short visit . Walked us through what was going on with my son's hand and explained what the options were to fix the issue. Took his advice and would definately recommend!

Very friendly and staff is friendly. On time and accurate diagnosis. I wish I had known about him sooner.
