I have been seeing Dr Villanustre for over 5 years, I had very bad luck with fillers from other doctors, Dr Villanustre is an artist from my first visit the transformation was incredible. I follow up once a year, I leave in Massachusetts and fly down for my cosmetic needs, I will never go anywhere else. Recently I had eye surgery with Dr. Nic for pocketing eyelids, the results are amazing, the procedure went exactly as it was explained to me. The staff at both Clearwater and Tarpon springs are all amazing the follow up after surgery from the staff was above and beyond. I am 67 years old, when I tell people how old I am they are shocked, I owe it all to a gifted surgeon.

Worst experience if my life. This dr did a lower blepharplasty & disfigured me. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror anymore. To add insult to injury, after I told him how awful he had left my eyes, he came up to my ear & said “Did you read those papers tou signed?” What kind of heartless “dr” says that to a patient in distress….? There is not enough space on here to tell u the horrific rest of the story!!

This Dr was very full of himself and in a bad mood (I think). I could hear him yelling at his staff which made me uncomfortable. I left and didn’t schedule anything. Not going back.

Dr. Villanustre performed the Halo Laser and Forever Young BBL on my face to reduce my fine lines and improve my skin texture. The results have been excellent! I highly recommend Dr. Villanustre and his staff.

My husband and I came from Massachusetts to have our eye surgery done at St Luke’s. From the first, of many visits, we were made to feel very comfortable. Dr. Villanustre was so down to earth, friendly and caring. He spent time explaining our procedures so that we felt very comfortable having work done on our eyes. The staff and volunteers at Reflections are absolutely super. Upon arrival we were greeted so warmly, as if we were long lost friends. We are so happy we made the decision to go there and enjoyed the experience immensely. Awesome job!

Dr. Villanustre was extremely rude and condescending and I will never return. This was my initial consult and I couldn't believe he felt it necessary to talk to me like I was stupid. It took all my willpower not to cry leaving his office. No doctor should talk to a patient the way he spoke to me and I'm shocked he's able to find patients willing to work with him.

Dr Villanustre and his staff were amazing. I was very nervous about having surgery near my eyes and westher I would have any pain. The Doctor was Awesome! He spoke to me all during the process and let me know every step of the way what he was doing. He used a local numbing and made sure I never felt a thing and could talk to me and explain everything as he was performing the surgery to remove the large lump above and underneath the eyelid. I never even needed to take any pain medication. A little discomfort expected and small amount of swelling but Ice took care of that. I was directed to put a special salve on it every 12 hrs for a week. Everyone there was friendly and professional and made you feel comfortable. As a professional business woman, I would highly recommend him and his staff at Reflections at St Lukes in Clearwater.

Dr. Villanustre removed my saline implants because one had ruptured from having a mammogram done. A different doctor had put in the saline implants 8 years prior. Dr. Villanustre did a breast lift and put in new implants and did a beautiful job.

St Luke's recommended surgery to correct drooping eyelid, and oh yes, we can do that right here..... What a disaster. Weeks and weeks of discomfort, am left with embarrassing and highly visible scars, and the problem was not corrected. Look out, St Luke's is going into the highly profitable ENT business next...

I went to Dr. Villanustre for an evaluation of my droopy eyelids- I was experiencing vision loss. He was understanding, kind & took the time necessary to answer all my questions. I had blepharoplasty surgery, along with fatty tissue removal & a browpexy (droopy eyebrows) eight days ago, & I couldn't be happier- I can see, & look better already. From consultation, to surgery to post-op follow up, I'm thrilled to have chosen Dr. Villanustre and his team. Highly recommend!

Came in for more defined lips as my have gotten smaller and less smooth over time. Dr Villanustre gave my lips a beautiful shape once again with Volbella filler. So very happy with the result!

He did eyelid surgery covered by my insurance ( co-pay was 1,300) but he told me I also need browpexia but it was almost 2Kmore that I couldn't afford.. results a very poor job, after a yr my eyelids look the same. I don't recommend this dr. he is just for the money.

My experience with Dr. Villanustre has been excellent. He takes the time to talk about how to best get the result you want without pushing or suggesting any unnecessary procedures/work! It's so refreshing to be with a Dr. Who is clearly so well educated and up to date with all that the Plastic Surgery field has to offer. I feel comfortable in his office from the moment I am greeted at the front desk through to my departure. His staff is wonderful and so welcoming. It's definitely a highlight of my day whenever I visit the Dr. and his staff at Reflections at St. Luke's.

This doctor said he could correct a scar I had on my abdomen but made it WORSE. He was also supposed to touch up something on my face and did nothing. He is not educated in this country and it shows. He is all smoke and mirrors. Don't fall for it!
