Dr. Nicole Leigh Heidemann

I showed up for a 2:30 appointment 10 minutes early, as requested, only to be kept waiting in the waiting room till 3:45. When it got to be 75 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I asked several women working the front desk what was going on; every one of them told me this is how Dr. Heidemann works (read: wayyyy behind schedule). Finally I was taken back to a little room in which I would have been examined by Dr. Heidemann IF I CHOSE TO WAIT MORE THAN ANOTHER HOUR. I was told there were still 3 patients to be seen before she got to me, and those appointments would collectively take at least an hour. Again, I asked if this is normal for Dr. Heidemann and was told yes. At this point, having been there almost two hours and looking at another hour before the doctor might even show up, I left. I would not recommend this experience or Dr. Heidemann to anyone. No one deserves to have time wasted so gratuitously. I don’t care if she offers great care and I’m never going to find out; it’s not worth waiting THREE HOURS LATER THAN THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. I’ve no idea how anybody can run a business like this. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m not someone who’s interested in writing reviews; I share my experience here solely because potential patients deserve to know this. NIGHTMARE

I have had so many difficulties with Centennial Women’s Group. After waiting for three hours past my scheduled appointment time, the clinic failed to even send the tests they completed to the lab. I was not notified of this for three months. After unsuccessfully being able to get in touch with my doctor, Dr. Heidemann, for three weeks after being notified,I was finally scheduled with another provider in the same office. I was informed that I would not be billed or have my insurance charged, as this was a visit in response to the clinics mistake. I have now been billed by both Centennial Women’s Group and my insurance. I will never go back here again. This has been more work, headache, and frustration than I have ever experience before with a medical provider.

I am always in a rush. I don't slow down enough. I went to Dr. Heidemann as a referral from my sister in law. I have been experiencing horrible pains and needed answers. The morning I went to see Dr. Heidemann I had recently started a new job and as I sat in the waiting room I was annoyed with the longest wait of my life. I honestly was ready to leave. I am so glad I didn't leave and I stayed. I don't always admit when I am wrong but for once I am admitting such. The staff was very caring, kind, compassionate, and most of all patient. Dr. Heidemann surpassed all of my expectations as a doctor.

Dr. Hindemann is extremely kind & knowledgeable and even though you wait A few minutes to be seen ( because she delivers babies), once she is with you, you feel like the only patient in the world. Very special doctor!

Takes forever to get an appointment, but I don't hate going, which is saying something.

Front desk is extremely unfriendly. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Heidemann based on her glowing reviews. I have TriCare as my husband is in the military. I call and simply ask if Dr. Heidemann takes TriCare and the front lady says, "Um, no ma'am" as if in disgust and then says "bye" and hangs up as I was telling her thank you. Even if they had taken my insurance, due to the receptionist being so rude, I would not have gone here. First impressions are a big deal and I want the whole package all the way around. From the doctor, to the nurses, to the front desk.

Dr. Heidemann is a fantastic O.B. As far as obstetricians go, she is as laid back and accommodating as they get. She delivered our first daughter when I had an epidural, and she delivered our second daughter when I had a med-free, all-natural labor and delivery. With both she was extremely flexible with what I wanted to do and ensured that I had the best possible experience. I delivered both of these babies in the middle of the night and even though Dr. Heidemann wasn't on call, she came in without complaint both times and stayed up all night to be present for the birth of our daughters. We are expecting our third baby any day now and I am looking forward to Dr. Heidemann also delivering that little girl. I just LOVE Dr. Nicole Heidemann and consider her not just a great doctor, but now a great friend.

Excellent on all accounts

I was devastated when I had to switch Dr's when I was pregnant due to insurance change. I was 35 weeks along and having a hard time finding someone who would take me so late in me pregnancy. She was so sweet and so nice. I fell in love with her and her nurse from my very first appointment. She delivered my baby boy and made it the easiest process as possible. My sister who is in nursing school was in the room during the delivery room and she had so many questions. Dr Heidemann took the time to talk to her and explain to her what she was doing and how to do it. Most Dr's don't make the time to do that. My son is now 14 months old and we are hoping to get pregnant again very soon and I hope Dr Heidemann delivers all of our babies.

She is a great doctor. Dr. Heidemann knows everything about everything and knows what she says is right on the point. She delivered my first baby, and it won't be my last with her.

Dr Heideman is wonderful! So friendly and very easy to talk to about any problems. She delivered my first child, and everything went perfectly. I actually started my first trimester with another doctor. It was horrible! But, from the day I stepped into Dr Heideman's office, I felt relief and joy, what you should be feeling when you are expecting a child! The staff is friendly and personal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Heidemann is simply the best! She is kind, caring, compassionate and listens to you! I am so lucky that she is my OBGYN. I trust this woman 100%. They just don't make'em like her anymore. I hope her practice continues to take off, because she deserves it.

I started seeing her when she first started on her own. That was three years ago. As one review above said she came in and delivered my daughter even though she wasn't on call. I had some difficulty at 32 weeks and she gave me her cell phone number to call if I had any issues. I am now seeing her for my second pregnancy. I have also refered all my family and friends.

Dr. Heidemann is wonderful and caring. I truly believe that she cares for her patients in all aspects of their lives. She has a wonderful manner about her and I trust her completely. She listens to you, answers all of your questions, concerns and takes her time. After a difficult pregnancy from the beginning to the end, she saw us through and even promised to deliver my son no matter when it was. She was true to her word and delivered him emergency c-section when she could have gone home. My incision was small and healed beautifully. You can't even tell it is there. If you are looking for a wonderful doctor that treats you like an individual and not just another number then look no further.

I had an emergency c-section with my second son three weeks before his due date b/c of a rare condition I developed. We were sent to the hospital and given the doctor on call, Dr. Heidemann. I was nervous not knowing the doctor who would deliver my son, but Dr. Heidemann was amazing. She spent a long time explaining what was happening with my system and the risks to my son. She answered all of our questions. During surgery, she was professional but still compassionate. She has the best blend of compassion, professionalism, and sense of humor. She put me right at ease. I had less pain after this c-section that I did with my first. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have had a very hard time finding an OBGYN that I trust. I really like her. She is very thorough and personable. The only complaint was that I was in there a hour and a half. But, I am not complaining. It is obvious she is not going to hurry her patients, when she is with you.... she is only with you! So, I will take the wait for an OBGYN that I am comfortable with and trust!

I recently had a hysterectomy done by Dr. Heidemann. She is a wonderful doctor. I was released the next day after surgery. She is very professional. Everyone is amazed that I am not having pain. I had originally been scheduled to have my operation in Paris but my insurance covered more at Nashville. She found complications that the previous Dr. missed plus she planned on taking extra measures to prevent future health problems. She is also a very caring Dr. I would definitely advise anyone needing a great gynecologist or obstetrician to go to Dr. Heidemann.
