Dr. Nikki La Shan Graves, MD

I have been calling this office since last week and lady told me they will call me back I call again this week said the same thing poor staff toward the patient I will be finding another doctor I know everyone busy but can at least call a person back

I really like Dr. Graves. She is competent and caring. I am sending my daughter to her. Do I need to say anything more?

Some people might feel the wait time is too long (aka my Hubby), but I know that I'm waiting because she's taking time to be thorough with someone else. That also means that she'll be willing to make someone else wait a little more to be thorough with ME!

I have been seeing Dr. Graves for about 5 years now. She seems to be very nice however the time it takes for me to get an appt. always seems to be about 1 month or so just to be seen. After that I have to wait 30-45 in the waiting room. Once I am in the room I have to wait another 30-45 to be seen. I think it is poor schedule planning on everyone's part.

When visiting this doctor she never handles my concerns, she's very rude, in search of a doctor that cares about his/her patients. When leaving my appointment she says if I want I can make a follow-up appointment. This lady explains nothing and has no problem with the issue it causes you as her patient

Dr Graves is a very good Dr. would highly recommend her to anyone

Dr Graves was absolutely wonderful. She put my mind at ease and gave reassurance of a situation that was very scary. Thank you for being a wonderful, listening, caring doctor who actually took in consideration of what I was saying as the patient. Great Job and I will be back to f/u with her.

I would not recommend Dr. Graves. I am new to the area and Dr. Graves came up as an available option for my insurance. I felt as though she was running in circles. My issue was not clearly addressed and I felt as though she was questioning her diagnosis which made me question her. I will not return but did feel the need to share.

Dr. Graves is very amiable. She took the time, to get to know me. I'd rather wiat at an office if I know the staff is taking precautions to get accurate diagnoses. Then, I know they'll do the same for me. I would absolutely recommend doctor graves again.

Dr. Graves is the best family practice doctor I've ever been to. She is down to earth and easy to communicate with. You can tell she really cares. She spent about 45 minutes with me my first visit, taking my history and talking about my reason for the visit. She was very thorough and competent. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Graves.

This is an arrogant Doctor. Very rude and seemed highly unorganized. I read these ratings before I chose Dr. Graves but decided to try her out anyway. I have learned my lesson. Beware. They have these "opinion polls" for a reason.

Just an overall unpleasant experience. Bedside manner is horrible. Lack of knowledge and was given the wrong diagnosis. Do significant research before ...

Not quite sure I would refer Dr. Graves to another person. Not friendly and quite frankly she seemed as if she would have rather been somewhere else. I was a bit humilitated.Will not see her again and have requested my primary physician be changed.

Dr. Graves was VERY professional and very friendly. She made every attempt to get to know me and do a thorough exam. Very nice staff and they were also very thorough.

I have had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Graves twice. The 1st was a sick visit & the 2nd was for a physical. Each time Dr. Graves was the epitome of professionalism. She spent time answering my questions and addressing my concerns. There were other patients for Dr. Graves in the waiting area, but she gave me personal attention & made sure I understood my responsibilities in reference to my health. Dr. Graves is an excellent physician and a very caring person. I would recommend her to anyone and feel blessed to have her as my doctor.

After a hefty wait in the waiting room I was seen by Dr. Graves and found her to be extremely unpleasant and inefficient. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I did my research with my current physician and found out that Dr. Graves didn't even give me the proper diagnosis! Beware.

This is by far the worst practice that I have been to. My appointment is usually 2 hours behind schedule with another hour spent waiting in the exam room. I found the doctor to be rude and lacking knowledge.
