Great doctor. He's the first hepatologist that actually doesn't cause anxiety when I see him.

It was truly a pleasure to meet this physician who is a "Powerhouse" of knowlege and experience in his areas of expertise. I was very much impressed with his many degrees and education in his field of study. I found him to be polite, courteous, attentive and engaging with a great smile to boot!!! He examined me and informed me of the possibilities, also what steps we would take for an exact diagnosis. He let me know how long it would take and when I should return. His staff was patient driven and very efficient. I definitely would recommend him and look forward to my return visit! Maya J

Excellent physician saved my mother from DEATH! Local gastroenterologist told me that my mother was dead. Find him and she got a liver transplant with 3 weeks! She is alive now. Thank you to him and Rutgers University hospital!!!

Dr Nick is such a brilliant man, he did a liver and kidney transplant on me 2/09. He saved my life. I live in Orlando and he was the head of Transplants at Florida Hospital. I miss him so much here in Orlando. The hospital that has him now has gained a much valued person. Dr. Pyrsopoulos is one of the best doctors I have ever met in my life. He has compassion and concern for his patients and is one of those rare doctors who sees his patients as a person (with a family) rather than just another number on his roster for the day. I am heartbroken to hear that Dr. P moved to South Florida - he will be dearly missed by all his patients in Central Florida. Dr. P - you are the best!! Thank you so much for everything that you did for our family. We will never forget your compassion and your help when our family was in one of our deepest moments of despair. When no one else saw a viable gameplan, you were literally a life saver.
