Dr Hudson has taken care of my entire immediate family since before I was born (in ‘87). From my grandmother, who absolutely adored him, my mom, aunts, sister. The entire family all come to him, and we were all about 45 mins away from him at times. I’ve had insurances that made me only use the UAB doctors and I wasn’t able to see him for a few years, and then I move out of state about 2 hours away. But I called them up and asked if I could still be a patient of his. He is such an amazing doctor as well as a person! I whole heartedly trust him, and never fear about telling him the truth about anything going on. He takes care of my mother who I worry about being away from, but I know she is in blessed hands. We all dread the day that Dr Hudson gets to enjoy his retirement years because I truly have never found another doctor that I trust in as much as I do him! He is soft spoken, but will tell you what you need to hear and is honest. But mostly he listens. My doctors you go to you dread getting ran over and not listened to and thrown a piece of paper or Rx. Dr Hudson is there in the room with you, and it is just him and you, he isn’t rushing to leave or hurrying you through your appt. When I needed to be referred to a specialist with something he wasn’t 100% sure how to go about, he did NOT led me wrong. And I actually found another doctor that I can heavily rely on! There is no comparison to Dr Hudson. We all love him, and you can tell he truly cares for his patients!

Dr. Hudson is the best Dr. I know, and I know alot of Drs. He is a highly skilled internest, especially in diagnosing ailments and the appropriate treatment. Having practiced in the Birmingham area his entire career, Dr. Hudson knows the best Drs. to refer you to if it concerns a medical issue out of his specialty. His He is soft spoken, caring and willing to take the time to get to know you.
