Everything was explained to me very well for my colonoscopy, treated very well , reminded of my appointments and follow up very informative. I feel they truly care about my health

Dr Perez was very accommodating and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my visit. When I disclosed to him I was being denied by other doctors because of their availability, he immediately arranged a referral for an appointment with a follow colleague and within 15 minutes I had my appointment. He has a wonderful sense of humor.

Wait time was over 1 and a half hours. I arrived 10 minutes early to be called back after my appointment time. Then I waited for the Dr for one hour. He only spent 5 minutes in the room with me. He was very sweet and offered help, his character is not what I am giving a bad rating for. The bad rating is for the time I wasted in the office. I called a patient advocate and they helped me file a complaint. I hope that I can make my insurance aware of this issue in the clinic so they don’t do business in the future. El tiempo de espera fue de más de 1 hora y media. Llegué 10 minutos antes para que me llamaran después de la hora de mi cita. Luego esperé al doctor durante una hora. Solo pasó 5 minutos en la habitación conmigo. Fue muy dulce y ofreció ayuda, su personaje no es por lo que le estoy dando una mala calificación. La mala calificación es por el tiempo que perdí en la oficina. Llamé a un defensor de los pacientes y me ayudaron a presentar una queja. Espero poder hacer que mi seguro sea consciente de este problema en la clínica para que no hagan negocios en el futuro.

Dr Perez el mejor! ?? El estaf muy bien! Pero el tiempo de espera muy mal ?? Mas de una hora y media de espera Citan a todos los pacientes a una misma hora No tienen conciencia de los pacientes y de nuestro tiempo ??

Very pleased with the service provided. Excellent communication from Dr. Perez and his entire staff.

Yes you do have to wait. But the staff is friendly n courteous. If you have any issues, concerns, or questions, they are helpful n if they don’t know it they ask someone that does know the information. But a lot of times they do know the information. Doctor n PA very polite.

Dr excellent but your office staff so rude they are not friendly or nice. I think you should not charge for the follow up after a procedure.

I have been to the Brownsville clinic and have never been able to see this doctor, even after requesting to see a PHYSICIAN, NOT a P.A. With all of my health complications and the bedside manner of the P.A.'s that they switched at the last minute, I will not be returning here again.

All went well. Very friendly and professional staff. Doctor was great.
