Our experience with Dr. Donati Jr. has always been helpful, explanations given and treatment went well. He is very experienced in his field and if he doesn't feel comfortable treating your complaint he will recommend a doctor from the Hughston clinic that can. His staff is always friendly.

They have never been anything except professional

I was a very seasoned RN with 20+ yrs. of experiene in ALL aspects on nursing. Due to my disability I can no longer work. I have experienced both sides as a RN and patient. Dr. Donnati and his staff is a group of professional and compassionte group . I have been put through the ringer, some positive but mostly negative experiences. Dr. Donnati and his entire staff has been nothing but kind and compassionate. They actually treated me like a patient is supposed to be treated, which is kind and compassionate and not as a bothersome and inhumane patient. So I want to thank Dr. Donnati and his staff in advance to let others know that you can't work in the medical field simply to get a check. Yes, when I was working as an RN I did have days when I was sooo tired and didn't want to be bothered, but NONE of my patients NEVER had to experience those feelings. I love nursing too much and I always love taking care of people. So, I would like to encourage ALL healthcare employees to take some lessons from Dr. Donnati and ALL of his staff on how a person is supposed to be treated as a patient. Thanks so much to his ENTIRE staff for actually treating me like a "human" and not SOME bothersome patient. I had an excellent visit at the hughston clinic Thomaston facility. I felt that the Dr's there truly listened to my issues and came up with a solid plan of action. The bedside manner of the Dr's was impeccable. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I have recently had a hip replacement from a previous injury and I recovered better than the first surgery. Will let him do any more surgeries going forward. Excellent staff and therapy.

DR. Donatti and Ben through Gods grace restored my quality of life to a point i had almost given up on. They are awesome and i would highly recommend them for any and all of your Ortho needs or concerns.

I have been seeing Dr Donati for about 15 years. I have had 4 surgeries by him and have a fifth surgery coming up tomorrow. He and his staff are very nice. Dr Donati and his PA, Ben Durham have always discussed all options with me prior to surgery. He has never pressured me into surgery. Dr. Donati knows how to help you determine the best course of treatment for you. I have always appreciated his and Ben’s honesty and patience with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Donati and his staff!

We cannot express our liking of Dr. Donati and staff enough. They make you feel like your not just another number. He has helped us with various ills and gotten us back on our feet a number of times. His staff in Thomston is the best. Ben is an outstanding PA. Our confidence in Dr. Donati is 200%.
