Dr. Omar Ijaz Mian, MD

Dr. Mian is extremely approachable and has great bedside manner. I have the utmost respect for him as a medical professional and as a warm caring person. I explained to him that I have ptsd and high anxiety that gets to a point to where I black out and can get violent when I’m around strangers. I can tell from his tone that he was nervous when I told him this but he kept his cools and told me not to worry about anything. He told me that he will inform the hospital staff about my condition and assured me that everything will be fine. His professionalism and confidence was reassuring and I must say he backed it up completely. The procedure he performed went very smooth. Dr. Mian goes the extra mile to make his patients comfortable. Thank you Dr. Mian!!

Dr. Mian found a growth we weren't even looking for when I went in because of a hernia. After many tests and consult with another doctor, it was decided to remove growth. This was not cancerous, and had a hernia repair 4 months later. I have always found Dr. Mian to be pleasant and caring.
