Dr landrum is the best. He really listens to all complaints and comes up with a plan on what to do next. No matter how bad I feel when I’m in his office he reassures me and takes his time to listen that is Very important to a patient. He gets to know us. I would recommend him to anyone having severe issues.

I've been a patient of Dr. Landrum since he was with the clinic. Dr. Landrum has never sugarcoated and has been very honest and right to the point. When it came to the chronic pain in my neck and lower back not once did he throw up his hands and say " I cant help you or the only thing we can do is cut you open". Dr. Landrum has been a wealth of information , having conferences to help his patients with new innovations when it concerned pain management. Dr.Landrum has put together an awesome office staff who have gone above and beyond to help their patients with any issues that may occur. I can say that my wait times are reasonable , the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only attitudes people are going to find here are "can do" and positive. If whom ever reads this is looking for an honest and hardworking Pain Management Specialist , you came to the right place.

Dr Landrum is a very intelligent man & one of the Bette Doctors in the nothern Indiana community. He welaomes you with a smile, but that smile is, I believe because he Enjoys being able to help others. His character is far better than most any other doctor I've come across, and believe me I've been seeing a lot of doctors He will tell you exactly what your prognosis is and for most us patients, that sounds like the teacher from Charlie Brown, but before you can say, "Huh?" He is on it! But he doesn't "dumb it down" which is good because I've learned that just leaves me still unsure of what is going on,..Dr. Landrum takes the time to talk with with explaining what he just said defining the words he used and he wants to makes sure before the office visit is over you understand it all. And yes the drug testing...it's required Everytime. And? It's not Dr Landrum, it's the Law! Besides, if you're to good for a drug test...you have your reasons, other patients who would like to have their Appt on time and care about their healthcare would rather you go somewhere else too. Also no one there deserves the agony of hearing the excuses. ***** Dr Landrum's staff was always great, that always seems to happen when you have a great Dr to begin with. So of the staff at the Elkhart Clinic in registering/check in can be judgmental, but that has nothing to do with Dr Landrum, I've been with the Clinic Before I ever met Dr Landrum and there are just a few of the front staff who I guess it best to say they wear their emotions on their sleeves, so when a bad day hits them you'll notice...just tell yourself it's just til you get checked in. Then keep smiling...maybe they need it, then you're off to your appointment!

No matter what my problem or question I can count on him to hear me and listen and help me find a solution him and his staff are awesome I have referred others to him thanks for all you do for me
