When I met Dr. Splenser, it reminded me of the old days when Dr.’s took time listen to their patients showing them that they were very concern about them as a person and a patient. I didn’t feel like I was a cattle pushed through. Dr. Splenser goes above and beyond his profession. He cares about us as a person and patient. I can’t emphasize that enough. He don’t see us as another dollar made. Yes, he is imperfect like all of us and from time to time make an mistake but in all he is the best. He cares about people. you are the best Dr I have ever had but in recent months I have had a hard time getting an appointment and just talking to you is impossible. You do need a stand alone practice. I don't know what changed but when Cathcare came along, things changed for the worse. I have even considered going to a new doctor.

Doctor is good but nurse and office staff are rude and incompetent!!! Need to clean house and get a stand alone practice. Get rid of the rude old nurse and get an office staff that has a backbone.

I trust him with my life---he listens and he empathizes with each patient---I will never leave his care til I die hes that good----
