Excellent physician that has since retired from this practice. Dr Chava was an excellent doctor and I will miss her very much

I've been Dr. Chava's patient for the past 6 years, and am very happy with her level of knowledge and exemplary care that she provides.

She kept me waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Since my appointment was an early morning one, if she's 45 minutes behind first thing in the morning, clearly she is overscheduling. If she is that overscheduled, then what kind of lackadaisical care is she providing to patients? This is not acceptable.

Dr. Chava asked me many health-related question, checked me out and prescribed the right medication. I am very satisfied and recommend her...

Doctor Chava is a very competent and caring doctor. She is a patient listener and a very good diagnostician.

To me, Dr. Chava is always very attentive and patient. Always makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend her.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this doctor. While others have written some very nice reviews and I wish I could do the same, but sadly I can't. The few times I've gone in for a walk-in visit where she's been the physician it appears to me that she does not have the interest, patience, time and hast really not listen to me at all. I've felt very uncomfortable the whole time and I've felt that she was not interested in seeing me or hearing about my problem or even in helping me. I've felt as if she just wanted the examination to be over and to move on to the next patient. The visits ending as quickly as they've started and I've left basically having wasted my time and money and having to schedule an appointment with another doctor at a later time which put my health at risk.

Dr. Chava cares for my family, including the geriatric care of my 84-year old father. She is always diligent, caring and attentive. She takes the time with all of us, especially my dad. Overall, an excellent healthcare provider. I highly recommend Dr. Chava to all patients looking for a good family doctor, especially the elderly.

This is the worst office ever. Very rude staff. As if they are doing us a favor for helping us. Very unprofessional. Waited for an hour and the doctor was in and out of my room in 5 minutes.Dont go here.

Dr. Chava is great I have been seeing for a few years now. She remembers me and all my history, its like having an old friend for a doctor. She keeps me relaxed and makes me feel comfortable. THE STAFF when you call is rude and uneducated. One time they pretended like I had the wrong number .?! word of advice if you work reception. SMILE AND BE FRIENDLY TO YOUR CLIENTS, YOU ARE THE GATEWAY TO THE BUSINESS YOU WORK FOR. I think they need to do fire there staff and get people with a heart & brain the economy is too bad to have to deal with bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. Step Up your game! people can go somewhere else. Dr. Chava is great and I don't want to look for a new MD because the staff is terrible, but i respect and understand anyone's decision to.

Padma chavva is very kind and patient doctor...she gives you enough time but the office she works in has the worst staff i have dealt with..I hope the negligence, arrogance and cold attitude of the other staff doesn't leave a bad impression about doctor.

Her office staff is the worst I've EVER dealt with. They are not friendly or patient. I was unable to make an appointment. They gave me excuses. The people working there are unkind and rude.

In my last visit there, she actually took a cell phone call while examining me, then seemed distracted afterwards. Made an error in prescription - said there were 2 medications on it; pharmacy told me there was only one, and I had to go back. I try to avoid her at all costs when I have to visit this practice.

She is always kind, remembers my history, prepared, spends time, caring and never rushes you out tthe door.

like the doctor> office staff cold unfriendly

She is my least favorite of the 3 doctors at this practice. Often has a superior attitude, and I try to avoid seeing her if possible, but sometimes, when one is ill, one has to take the luck of the draw. If she is the one on duty, then I am stuck.
