Dr. Chasan - what I absolutely love about him is that he cares and he truly listens to his patients to guarantee happiness. I struggled for years debating if I should get a rhinoplasty revision and who to go to. The moment I came across Dr. Chasan's page and shortly after talking to Rachael, I had no doubt in my mind that he was the surgeon for me. I had to travel since I am not from California, which I was nervous about, but it has been such an amazing experience and such a great decision. I will forever be thankful for the outstanding treatment and comfort I have received (and still continue to receive) from not only Dr. Chasan, but his ENTIRE staff! I am only 2 weeks post-up and already SO thrilled with my rhinoplasty results. Dr. Chasan did EXACTLY what I asked for, but even better than I could have ever imagined!!! Several of my friends went to Dr Chasan for breast augmentations. They all were very pleased with the results and the process he and his staff provided. After my second child, I wanted to get C cup breast implants with a lift. I was fearful my request to error on the smaller size would be ignored. He listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me beautiful C cup breasts with minimal scars. The whole experience was easy and seamless. Dr Chasan and staff made me feel at ease at every appointment, answering all of my questions. Its has been three months since my surgery and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr Chasan.

I cannot say enough about what a great surgeon Dr. Chasan is. He was very honest with my complex Breast reconstruction surgery and the results far exceeded my expectations. I had searched and consulted Doctors in several states over a long period and was very scared to have surgery #4 on my breast before finding Dr. Chasan. It's rare for me to write a review, in this case I felt it necessary to share my experience as it may help someone else who is considering Dr. Chasan. I was 17 the first time I can recall someone describe me. Specifically they were describing the area encompassing my neck, chin and jaw. They were one, there was no separation among the 3. The more I tried to lose weight thinking that I would magically have a separate neck, chin and jaw the more I realized that it wasn't meant to be. Genetics were my enemy. About 10 years later, I was in my late 20s and summoned up the nerve to have surgery. It was expensive for me at the time, but in my mind it was something that had to be done, I was so unhappy with my appearance. After the surgery my neck was smaller, the sagging chin was firmed up a little, there was less fat, but there was no definition, no sharp angular lines like I had imagined and hoped for. I was disappointed, but had to convince myself that my money had been well spent and that given my genetics, this was the best I could hope for, it was an improvement. I had continued with an active lifestyle, I was muscular, yet my face betrayed my appearance, it was round. My face would have been at home on someone much heavier, much less active. Over the years as I grew older and although I continued working out, I gained weight as we do with age. Still, my face was much rounder and softer than I thought it should be regardless of my weight. Another 15 years passed, I let my dream resurface, I again began to think maybe. Another surgery, and another letdown. Once again, my neck was smaller, the sagging chin was firmed up a little, there was less fat, but there was still no definition, no sharp angular lines. I swore I was done, never again would I be disappointed. Another 8 years rolled on, I moved to San Diego and eventually met with Dr. Chasan. I Immediately knew that he was the one surgeon I could trust to finally make my vision a reality - if it was possible. I am very detail oriented and had learned from prior experiences, so I met with Dr. Chasan several times to make certain we were on the same page regarding every last detail of my surgery and recovery. After each consultation I would come up with more questions, and request a followup consultation. Dr. Chasan took an interest in my prior history, provided suggestions, explained the role my genetics would play, and let me know he would spare no effort working towards my dream, but there were no guarantees. Dr. Chasan did a thorough job of preparing me so I would not be disappointed. Unlike the 2 prior surgeons, Dr. Chasan explained the limits to me and even the effect the prior surgeries would play. The day finally arrived, I had the procedure and the following day despite being swollen and bruised, I could already tell Dr. Chasan had exceeded my expectaions. I thought back to all the years that had passed, the 2 failed attempts, a lifetime spent wishing. Dr. Chasan explained the surgery to me, and the extraordinary steps he took to make my dream a reality - some cutting edge stuff. It's been 5 weeks since the surgery now - I can see my jawline, angles have appeared where there were none, my neck, chin and jaw are separate parts of me! The internal swelling will continue to recede for another month or so, so the angles will become slightly more pronounced. No more Polar Bear neck as it was once described, never again. Through it all I have to say that not only is Dr. Chasan skilled, as evident by my results but his entire team has been helpful, supportive, encouraging and vested in my surgery. They have helped coordinate hotels, pivate nurses, transportation and even provided rides on occasion. Dr. Chasan has personally responded to emails, text messages and after hour/weekend phone calls. To accomodate my schedule he even came into the surgery center on a Saturday. I know I found and trusted the only plastic surgeon that could have finally make this happen for me. As I look in the mirror I'm happy!

Dr. Chasan and his staff are exceptional! After interviewing a few Plastic Surgeons in town I put my trust in Dr. Chasan to perform a breast implant exchange, liposuction and an ear pinning. I felt that from the first time I met with him he understood my expectations and made me feel at ease that I was in great hands. After having two kids back to back my body had stubborn areas that I just couldn't tone and tighten in the gym and I had saline implants that were 15 years old that were ready to be replaced. I decided since I was going into surgery anyhow, I would have Dr. Chasan correct my ears that stuck out. I am now a year out from my surgery and couldn't be happier with my results! My thighs are slimmer and I can wear skinny jeans and leggings with confidence, I can wear my hair back and not worry about my appearance and my implant exchange was such an easy recovery I barely noticed pain or downtime and there was absolutely no scar. The staff goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and the beautiful office space is a pleasure to visit. I think Dr. Chasan is the best at what he does and is the only doctor I would consider in the future for all things cosmetic surgery related.

I was looking for a doctor with a real vision and skill of plastic surgery and as many know, it is truly an art form that requires a great amount of attention and detail. As a patient of a previous doctor my regret was not selecting a true professional such as Dr. Chasan from the beginning. I had been to a handful of plastic surgeons in the Dallas, TX and the Beverly Hills area none of them made me feel 100 percent confident to choose them for rhinoplasty/ tip revision. After reading Jennifer Stano's blog highlighting her amazing experience with Dr. Chasan, I decided to pay Dr. Chasan a visit. The consult went great, Dr. Chasan took the time to listen to me and understand what I wanted. I am so pleased with the way my nose looks now, I am more comfortable to smile and take photos. I was so happy with Dr. Chasan and his team I went back to him a month later and have him remove my large implants and replace them for a smaller size that fit my body. With such an extensive list of California plastic surgeons, one can easily find a specialist for a revision rhinoplasty, breast re-augmentation, or blepharoplasty. Dr Chasan is a remarkable surgeon, as I feel he is THE specialist in every surgery I desired, and i could trust that I was in the best possible hands to have all three surgeries performed at the same appointment. I had a very complicated revision rhinoplasty following three previous disappointing rhinoplasties from childhood, a breast re-augmentation following my original breast aug 13 years prior, and a seriously needed blepharoplasty). Those who desire plastic surgery are usually perfectionists, and I felt that Dr Chasan gave me perfection in not just one, but three surgeries at once. Not only do I recommend him to anyone and everyone, but I even had my mother go in two weeks after my surgery to have an incredibly complicated breast re-augmentation and brachioplexy..which she looks unbelievable. The subtle perfection Dr Chasan can achieve with his techniques is not taught in medical school, and not found in the surgery books. It is a gift and a sign of a true artist.

I can't say enough about Dr. Chasan and his staff. I had two previous breast implant surgeries and then found Dr.Chasan. He takes pride in his work. He was very aware of my previous problems and reassured me he would do everything he could to fix them. They are now perfect and exactly what I wanted from the very beginning. Best experience ever. I had a mini TT, breat augmentation and labia reduction. Dr and Staff went way above and beyond their call of duty. The office staff is super nice and can tell they really care about their patients. I could not be happier with my results. I just love the office and it is located right by the beach.
