My experience with injectables like Dysport and Juvederm, had been an unfavorable one until I found Dr. Paul Leong. His technique and level of skill are simply unparalleled. Dr. Leong is masterful at making subtle changes that yield dramatic results all while looking completely natural and as if you’ve had nothing done. Unlike other physicians I’ve gone to in the past, Dr Leong injects fillers using microcannulas so I’ve had little to no bruising or down time. So very different than my previous experiences! When he launched his skin care line, I immediately began using several of the products and cannot live without the hyaluronic moisture boost. It keeps my skin well hydrated without the breakouts I often experience with moisturizers. I hold Dr. Leong and his extremely proficient staff in the highest regards and cannot envision ever trusting anyone else with my face. He truly is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Leong's for about 5 years for botox and tear trough filler. I have always been impressed by his meticulous technique and genuine desire to understand my wishes, and the always honest feedback I get from him. He takes his time and doesn't make you feel rushed. I've had many of these procedures over the years, and he is the best, hands down.

I had a cortex laser treatment, which is a sort of Co2 laser treatment for my face and neck about a year and a half ago. I was told that the procedure would improve fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots. There was about a week of downtime, you need to know this is not a lunch time procedure, but at seven days I was very comfortable going out in public. The result was exactly what I was told. Eighteen months later I have a big reduction in lines and wrinkles and the dark spots are much improve, not gone, but much improved. I have been back for other non-surgical treatments and have had the chance the compare before and after pictures several times - the improvement is clear. Dr. Leong is always enthusiastic to review before and after pictures and I think he goes out of his way to be absolutely honest with me. I truely don't get any feeling of a sales job whenever I see him or his really nice staff. If you want to improve you skin, this is a really good option.

I saw Dr. Leong earlier this year for an upper lid blepharoplasty. The results are amazing. The procedure was performed under local anesthetic in his office and took less than one hour. Recovery was not bad at all with the expected mild bruising and swelling. It's been about 4 months and I am thrilled with the result. The incisions are pretty much impossible to see and I look so natural and refreshed. His follow up care was great, including calling me several times to check up on my progress as I healed. Dr. Leong and his staff clearly care about their patients, so happy to still be able to find this kind of care.

I've wanted a rhinoplasty since I was a teenager. I knew when I met Dr. Leong that he was the right surgeon for me. It was obvious that he cared about everything I was telling him about what I wanted to achieve. I had consults with several other plastic sugeons in Pittsburgh. Some of them were pretty good, but Dr. Leong seemed like a cut above. It's been almost two year since my surgery and I could not be happier. My nose now fits on my face beautifully and nobody I have not told knows that I had surgery. So happy.

I had a facelift with Dr. Leong about seven years ago and just received one of many nice compliments that made me want to finally leave a review. Dr. Leong's facelift has held up incredibly well, I am frequently told I look 10 to 15 years younger than my age. Just as important, I look totally natural. My incisions are completely invisible, not a single person has ever been able to find them. In addition to the lack of visible incisions, I don't look pulled or stretched. I have a couple of friends who had fairly expensive facelifts in Pittsburgh and, while they look pretty good, they all seem to look a little tight, a little done to me. I have never looked like that after Dr. Leong's facelift. I have been back to see Dr. Leong several times for fillers and other treatments. He and his staff are always the same. They are always unhurried and totally pleasant. I tell all my friends about how good this doctor is. If you're interested in a facelift I would strong recommend you have a consult with him. After many years to judge the result, I feel very comfortable making that recommendation.

I went to Dr. Leong for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. Dr. Leong spent a lot of time educating me on the dangers of filler and needles into vascular areas like the nose. He does not use needles, only cannulas for filler to avoid causing vascular issues. I was not aware of any of this and I had filler done at other practices before, so I felt very safe and was thankful that he had explained in detail the consequences of filler with the wrong person. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I went back for an inexpensive touch-up after the swelling had settled from the first appointment. My nose is smoother and the tip has a better shape, so overall I am very happy with Dr. Leong. If I ever decide to do a full rhinoplasty or have any facial plastic surgery I will definitely do it with Dr. Leong.

I am only 27 but have suffered from inherited under-eye hollows/dark circles for as long as I can remember. As I’ve grown older, they have only worsened from lack of sleep and aging. Aging is an inevitable part of life. Dr. Leong is the doctor to go to who can slow down the process and make you appear “naturally” younger. He is very professional, courteous and thorough. He will spend adequate time with you and answer all your questions. There is never any pressure and he will not perform unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend!

I drove an hour to get to his office. Waited an hour past my appointment time then he came and got me from the waiting room. Nice but not necessary. He spent 15 minutes with me, told me I looked like every other woman my age and would not give me dermal fillers. Yet a 20-something young lady was leaving with HUGE lips he had just injected. His consult fee is ridiculous as are his filler prices. Many docs perform tear trough filler so why pay him $1000 to do it.. I thought he was quite arrogant. He certainly was not helpful in any way.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Leong. I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty for most of my adult life. Other physicians with whom I consulted in the past left me feeling as if they either lacked interest in my true goals and objectives or didn’t feel as they could accomplish what I wanted. From the first time I sat down with Dr. Leong, I knew I was speaking with someone who was a cut above the rest…like, WAY above. From a communication standpoint, there is simply no one better. He has such a warm and welcoming demeanor. He’s very charming and funny. Perhaps most importantly, he is incredibly knowledgeable in this field of medicine but he explains everything in such easy to understand terms. As for his talent and skill, again, I suspect there are few who rise to his level. My nose was not a simple case, and Lord knows we peppered Dr. Leong left and right with various suggestions and concerns and questions and ideas, etc. Dr. Leong handled them all with extraordinary patience, assuring us that he understood where we were coming from. When he removed the bandages, my husband and I were elated with how incredible my nose looked. Dr. Leong’s overall philosophy is that a good plastic surgery is one where if someone saw you before and after, they would see that you have an improved look, but they couldn’t pinpoint what exactly changed. He satisfied that standard 110% in my case, as the improvement is significant, but also subtle. In essence, he took every suggestion, idea and concern, internalized it, and incorporated it into the art of his handiwork, which I am now proud to show off to the rest of the world. As icing on the cake, Dr. Leong went above and beyond the call of duty during the recovery period. He literally called me and my husband on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times per day, to check on my progress and overall condition. To say he is generous with his time is an understatement. I would recommend Dr. Paul Leong to anyone seeking plastic surgery or an improved cosmetic appearance. He is so very skilled and talented and, equally important, he is just a good person, through and through. Thank you, Dr. Leong. You’ve made me very happy!

I have had fillers done in the past at another place where I ended up with alot of bruising and just didn't look as natural. I decided to go see Dr Leong when I wanted my tear trough area done. I love how everything was explained and I was given choices and options to what was available to me. Dr Leong uses a cannula to inject the fillers so there is no bruising and hardly any pain involved! He doesn't push treatments on you that he feels you don't need, and really takes his time with you to make sure you are comfortable with what you want done. I have had fillers and tear trough correction done and very happy with each visit and results. I really appreciate the time he spendsat each visit to make sure I am happy with results! Would recommend to anyone who is nervous about having a treatment done for the first time!

I went to Dr Leong to get correction for my under eye troughs and dark circles. They recommended the tear trough filler. Looked great while it was swollen for the first week, but afterwards looks no different then before I went in. I still have tear troughs and dark circles under my eye. A little over $1,000 and my eyes look no different than before I went.

When looking for a doctor for a face lift, it was paramount to me that I not look overdone or like I just had a procedure. I asked a friend who had recently had a facelift and looked fantastic, who performed her surgery. She told me it was Dr. Leong. I am thrilled with the results! My surgery was very successful and Dr. Leong could not have been more supportive. I have been going to Dr. Paul Leong for the past 3 years for facial fillers. I had both the tear trough filler and non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure done. I was very happy with the results of both. He is a very skilled plastic surgeon and very precise with his work. He has an artistic approach. His results are always natural-looking which is what I really like.
