Last March 2022 I went to Dr Greenlaw for a 2nd opinion, he did a total knee replacement . He was the best and the staff so nice. Thank you so much for giving my life back. Thank you

I was recommended to Dr Greenlaw by a friend who had seen him. At my appointment, I was diagnosed with a Baker's Cyst. He gave me a cortisone shot and told me to call back if I was not better in two weeks and then we'd schedule an MRI. It took me over TWO weeks to schedule an MRI as he did not put what he told me in his notes but stated that I had arthritis and should be on a schedule for cortisone injections until I was ready for a knee replacement! I have NEVER had problems with this knee and was shocked that what was written in my patient notes was not what happened. After the MRI, I was informed that nothing could be done for me until I was ready for a knee replacement! I asked about the Baker's Cyst and was told by his nurse that he doesn't deal with those and only does knee replacements!!! If so, why didn't he tell me this at the time of my first visit and refer me to someone in the practice that could help me at that time????? Instead, I had to wait until I returned from vacation (which was difficult due to my knee) to get the MRI results only to find out that I'd wasted my time. This may not be malpractice, but this certainly is negligence and indicates his lack of integrity and professionalism. Seems like he was only in it for the $$$ he could get for the knee replacement!!! I have been to this practice before and received superior treatment from another physician. That is one reason that I traveled from Greenville to seek the help of Dr. Greenlaw.

The most important review criteria are the ned results and Dr. Greenlaw gave me two fantastic new knees that have changed my life. It's 6-months since full replacements of both knees and I'm walking two- miles a day. Everything about my experience from the initial visit to follow-up has been excellent.

Not enough space for the amount of stars he and his PA deserves

Dr Greenlaw replaced my left knee, I had no pain. Was out of work for 2 1-2 days. Yes, not even 3 days. I have stumped my toe, with more pain than I had with the knee replaced. He is going to replace the right knee next year.

Had hip replacement and partial knee replacement. Dr. Greenlaw is the best. I highly recommend him!

Had bi-lateral knee replacesments 10 months ago! If I had to do it again Dr Greenlaw would be my surgeon again!! Wonderful Dr and PA is great too!

Dr Greenlaw reconstructed my hip which required 3 surgeries. Had it not been for him and his vast knowledge I can only guess what would have happened to me if someone without his expert knowledge would have operated. I thank God every day that this knowledgeable doctor was my surgeon. I really feel had it been anyone else I would be in a wheel chair for the rest of my life instead of walking around as I am now. Thank you Dr Greenlaw for a successful procedure .

The best in knee and hip surgery

First time meeting Dr. Greenlaw for surgery consultation. He was extremely professional, answered all of mine and my wife's questions. I never felt rushed, he explained everything to me and was extremely professional. His nurse was nothing but awesome. Looking forward to having my hip back in working order. He and his staff really put me at ease.

excellent surgeon. Did only the necessary surgery. Partial knee replacement vs whole. Explained xrays thoroughly and took time to answer all doubts and questions. Friendly and knowledgable. recovery time minimum with his technique. Great doctor.

He needs to take time with his patients and not count on his PA so much. He does not truly care for his patients.

I have seen Dr. Greenlaw for about 6 years and he has always correctly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Had surgery last year and had some problems with inflammation afterwards. He did not let me go until the problem was solved. Would highly recommend.

Excellent! Have had a partial knee and total hip replacement and I am well pleased with both. Very skilled doctor!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Greenlaw. He did a total hip replacement on my right side. I'm pain free for the first time in years. Everything went as he told me it would go. I'm now looking forward to doing things I thought I would never be able again. Hiking on the Appalachian Trail is first on my list this summer. Very rude Physician's Assistant. Very hard to get to see Greenlaw -- 90 to 120 days wait. MRI diagnosis was 100% wrong -- it had my name on it, but it no way correctly diagnosed my condition. Another orthopedic surgeon confirmed that the MRI diagnosis was bogus and had no relation to my knee situation. Could not convince PA that I had gone 2 months unable to walk without crutches and I had severe pain. PA told me to see what happened in next 30 days and call back if no improvement and take aspirins for any pain. Other orthopedic surgeon took simple X ray and confirmed I needed immediate replacement surgery -- no meniscus present whatsoever and I was walking bone on bone, probably for months. Greenlaw is running a factory. He does not follow up with any clients with problems from his surgeries.

Dr. Greenlaw has developed quite a reputation for being an excellent surgeon. PT staff at one of the hospitals commented on how well his patients do after surgery.I personally found Dr. G. friendly and understanding. He is not anxious to operate if you're not having a lot of pain, which is very wise. I've managed to prolong the surgery 3 years thanks to weight loss, changes in my diet, and by exercising more, especially water aerobics.
