Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing . Everyone in the office was super kind and made me feel at ease before and after my procedure. I also have never been to a office where everyone truly enjoys working . Highly recommend !

I highly recommend Dr Lee for the colonoscopy procedure. Dr Lee is very responsive and answers your questions. The entire staff surrounding Dr Lee is great and helps make the procedure better than you will expect. Dr Lee and his staff can and will make you comfortable. One suggestion I have for after the procedure… It is very helpful to receive the results of the procedure in a very nice colorful report, but I feel it would be very helpful to have the following information in the report. The report usually includes photos captured during the procedure, and each photo has an individual number. I feel it would be great if each photo had an explanation of what I’m seeing. The explanation could either be located next to, or near, each photo. Or the explanation could be listed in the report with corresponding numbers from the photos, so I can know what I’m looking at in each individual photo. Thank you for your time reading my comments…

Dr. Paul Lee has taken care of my colonoscopy twice now. I appreciated his concern for my health and well being. His staff was so professional and organized I didn't need to worry about anything. I highly recommend him and his staff.

My overall patient experience went well and was comfortable. The whole process was thoroughly coordinated from appointment setting, intake, patient prep, and screening procedure. Dr. Lee is a terrific physician.

The experience with Dr. Lee is fine. He took the time to listen and we came up with a plan. He also performed a procedure which went fine. What the group lacks is administrative procedures. 1. I cannot get a hold of anyone when I call. 2. phone systems options are very limited and confusing. 3. It took 3 days to return a simple call. When I brought up these issues, the staff basically said we get lots of calls and are very busy. so remember to choose option 3 next time. I like the doctor but I think the doctor(s) need to call in themselves and listen to what their customers have to face. as an example. my procedure was monday. I needed medicine sunday at the latest. my cvs did not get the transmission. so I called one week prior. no one called back till wed. so they resent prescription. saturday I go to cvs. they still did not receive prescription. so I almost had to cancel the medical procedure. So I call saturday. I get the usual. We are closed saturday. call back monday. fortunately I had a family member who knew the ins and outs of medical system and told me there is a oncall doctor who has to be around on weekends. so I called again and navigated through and left a message. And few hours later I got a call back from a doctor who was somewhat irritated. I think the doctors may be fine but the administrator who runs the show there needs to review their procedures. At any rate, because I could not communicate with anyone in a timely manner, my medical procedure became extremely stressful. once again, Doctor is fine. operational procedures need an overhaul.

from pre procedure consult, the procedure itself and post procedure, Dr. Lee and his team have been open and approachable while providing key direction to make the procedure go smooth. Dr. Lee is calm, cool and collect. He is a pro and the best at his specialty. My compliments to the entire team! Thank you Albert Arvayo
