0300 Emergency Tracheostomy due to stroke (after heart attack). 1st time meeting him after wife's stroke. Fantastic bedside manner, answered all of our questions, very caring and gentle with wife. Trust him with my, my wife and our five children needs any time. He was/is Heaven sent and definitely a soldier of God.

I was quite scared before my gallbladder surgery. Dr. Ulich came highly recommended by my doctor. Prior to surgery, I met with him to discuss the procedure. He explained everything thoroughly, including my condition and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable by being very polite and approachable. He was excellent throughout the process; very patient, never brushing me off, and very understanding. The surgery went well and I have fully recovered. Very professional, superior surgical skills

Hands down Dr. Paul Ulich is the best general surgeon in the Winchester, Virginia area. Before you have your surgery just do some homework and ask several health care professionals in the area who they would recommend as a general surgeon. Don't trust the recommendation of your primary care physician. Mine recommended another surgeon and I did my homework. I found out the recommended doctor had lots of post operative complications. One doctor even told me he wouldn't let my recommended doctor operate on his dog. This was however after we had a few drinks...

Dr Ulich removed my gall bladder with no problems or complications. It was a little trickier than usual due to a previous surgery to repair an umbilical hernia, but Dr Ulich had no problem with it. He was concerned about my condition and informative about what was to be done.
