I received the most amazing care from MD Weitzel and his team. My appointments were on time. The surgery saved my leg and gave me back my life. I will be forever grateful. The team was attentive and caring. My questions/concerns were always answered and I never felt rushed. Can’t say enough positive things about my care. Blessed and grateful. April 23, 2023 When my knee surgeon retired, he referred me to Dr. Weitzel. I liked him right away.The thing I like best about him is that if one treatment doesn't work, he doesn't give up. He'll try something else. He's the only doctor I have that will make an appointment right away. All my other doctors make you wait for months to be seen. He also understands that I only want him to treat me, and not his PA. That's very important to me. You'll be in good hands with Dr. Weitzel.

Dr Weitzel is an amazing, caring, thorough Dr. I HIGHLY recommend him. I went to him after years of other orthos where I live misdiagnosed me and wrote me off. Sure enough Dr Weitzel looked at my MRI and found I have a meniscus tare . He got me in for a partial meniscectomy and ACL debriedment. He is def the Dr to go to. Cant rave enough about him and his assistant Brazil who is always on top of everything. Love this practice.

Dr.Weitzel was recommended to me by my physical therapist after I dislocated my knee. I received excellent care and had a very successful surgery. Dr.Weitzel is outstanding!

Dr Weitzel is excellent!!! He does not rush you and FULLY explains the diagnosis! I’ve had knee problems for many years and he has always been able to diagnose the problems and help me with them.

Took one misdiagnosis & three referrals to find the surgeon who could fix my injury. I liked Dr. Weitzel and his staff at the Boston Outpatient Surgery Center.

This man made numerous mistakes on trying to repair a small rotator cuff tear. My life has been ruined by the damages which he caused that are not reversible. I am in pain day and night because of what this man did to me. don't let this man touch you.

Dr. Weitzel operated on my knee a year and a half ago, after my first orthopedic surgeon completely failed to diagnose my problem after a severe injury and insisted that it heal on its own. After three months of pain and hobbling around on crutches, Dr. Weitzel scheduled my surgery a week after I first met with him. I recovered quickly and am now completely fine. He and his team were thorough, responsive, kind, and very competent. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I had a posterior labral tear & life-long multi-directional shoulder instability. Recovery took much longer than expected due to post-op stiffness (~15 months), but my shoulder is now better than it has ever been since I was a child.

I languished for a number of years convinced by other medical professionals that I had bursitis in my left shoulder. It felt like I had broken glass in my shoulder. It was very uncomfortable especially during sleep. Evidently I had bone spurs that tore my rotator cuff confirmed by an MRI. I followed the post-surgery protocol and physical therapy to the letter. I have a new, pain free shoulder with decent range of motion. I can't recommend this surgery enough. Dr. Weitzel is excellent and honorable mention to his knowledgeable and competent, PA, Tom. My only regret is that I waited so long.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Weitzel. I came to see him after a skiing accident and he was responsive and empathetic. After the results of my MRI were known, he recommended a very conservative course of physical therapy & rest. Considering he is a surgeon, this was unexpected & appreciated. Today, 4 months post-accident, I am almost 100%.

After undergoing 4 months of a surgeon that didn't listen to me. I asked for a second opionion and met Dr Weitzel. He is totally awesome. very understanding and a wonderful surgeon. He listened to me. and my shoulder is healing nicely. I would refer anybody to him. Dr Weitzel is caring and considerate. he is a expert in his field. Thankyou.

Dr. Weitzel operated on my knee 10 years ago to repair/replace three torn ligaments and reattach a hamstring and other muscles. He also will be repairing a rotator cuff. My experience with the knee surgery has been outstanding. I've been able to resume playing tennis, refereeing soccer and skiing after the knee surgery.

I've been to several Orthopedic Drs. and waited sometimes over an hour for an appt. This office is always punctual and I never feel like he's rushing me out the door. I highly recommend Dr. Weitzel.

Dr. Weitzel is a genius....he has put Humpty Dumpty back together again ... 9 years and 18 surgeries later....I am on my feet. His bedside manner is impeccable. Dr. Weitzel saw me through major complications and was just plain awesome. He explains treatment clearly and concisely and communicates in a timeley fashion when asked a question
