Very professional, thorough and attentive to patient(myself). Friendly and smiled more than once. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice “bedside” manner so to speak. I am very appreciative especially on a first time visit/appointment.

Dr Donaldson and staff were very professional, took time to address my concerns, and respected my time by seeing me at the schuled appointment time and not making me wait to be seen.

It was a great experience from the receptionists when I called to make the appt to Dr Donaldson who was very attentive & concerned about my injury. I did not wait long & I would highly recommend him and the office.

I waited in the lobby about 5 minutes. The doctor came in and asked me questions. He explained what he was going to do. Very friendly and helpful. Came back 5-10 minutes that took about 15-20 minutes.

Dr. Donaldson is the doctor everybody wants and needs. He treats his patients and staff with utmost respect. He does a terrific job educating his patients; he's never short of take-home materials or anatomical diagrams drawn on table paper. You know he really cares about his patients because he is always going out of his way to work someone in last minute. I have been on both ends as a staff member of his and as a patient, and I can confidently say you can trust Dr. Donaldson fully with your health. I hope to be a provider like him in a couple years time--skilled, empathetic, thorough, and honest. Thank you for everything, Dr. Donaldson!

As always the front desk staff, the PA's assisting Dr. Donaldson and Dr. Donaldson himself were all amazing. I was informed every step of the way what was going to happen and was treated with respect and kindness. Thank you all!!

Excellent experience. On time, prompt xray and was all about 2 minutes before I saw the doctor. Would definitely recommend! Great job!
