Dr. Lopez was very knowledgeable, had great bedside manner, and explained my sons injury/treatment plan with us thoroughly.

I been to both Dr Lopez facilities. Both staff are friendly and courteous. Dr Lopez and his PA listen to your concerns and test you to make sure your physical therapy is helping you be 100% pain free.

I saw his assistant she was the greatest answer all my questions and then some beautiful disposition would perfer to see her every time I have a orthopedic visit I very comfortable with her because she’s a lady and I’m not that comfortable with men Dr especially now that I know she is there and I feel very good on her Job (she gave me good Knowledge I feel ) I want to keep seeing her thank you

The staff was Friendly&helpful. I Did not meet with Dr Lopez; however my appointment was scheduled with the physician . My wait time was about 95 minutes. I had the pleasure of meeting with the PA, Kim and she's pleasant, thorough and professional. My next appointment is supposed to be with Dr Lopez we should see who comes in the room.

My visit with Dr. Lopez was pleasant. He evaluated my X-rays, told me next steps, and alleviated my concerns. Also, all of the staff I interacted with were very professional and approachable. My only issue with this practice is making the original appointment. I was not able to do it on line. When I called to make an appointment, I was 22 in line and was instructed to leave a call back number. But I work in a school and can’t take calls. So I stopped by the office to make an appointment and was told new patients cannot make appointments in person. The staff was very nice and tried to make an appointment for me on line, but that was not possible either. So I had to leave school early one day to call to make an appointment and then to leave a call back number. I was called back at 4:50pm- about two hours after I called. That all seems ridiculous. Not the best way to run a business that wants new patients.

Did not see Dr. LOPEZ, even though that was who I made an appointment with.

Didn't like having to wait 45 minutes to be seen.

In and out in 45 minutes, including rays. Answered all my questions

I haven't had a problem getting an appointment, nor a long wait time. I like the office staff and Dr. Lopez is a great doctor with an excellent bedside manner. I knew I would be in wonderful hands for my surgery.
