Ten days post surgery .... After all the TV Lawyer commercials and fear mongering horror stories, I was totally amazed at how low the pain level was post surgery and how well I was able to get around. Two days after surgery, one pain pill in evening for sleep. Four days after surgery, stopped pain meds. Using ice pack on incision every few hours is very soothing and removes heat from healing process (plan to do this for @ 2 weeks at least). I've done all I could do to be the best patient I could be (THIS IS IMPORTANT). Doctor Chaipis and his team must have done all they could to be the best they could be (I was asleep). I am grateful to him and his team and glad they were there for me.

I've seen the good reviews and bad. He was thorough, professional, confident and compassionate concerning my daughter's emergency surgery and post-operative care. I can't be more happy that my daughter was in his care.

Dr Chaipis operated on my veracose veins. He patiently explained the procedure, how long I would be out of work, and ordered vein scans prior to surgery. When he entered the OR, he noticed something not to his liking. He expressed his displeasure in a way as to not embarrass anybody, but make his point clear. I was very impressed. My follow up appointments were very thorough and when he was examining me, I was his most important patient at that time. I strongly recommend Dr Chaipis to anybody in his speciality.
