Get ready to be IMPRESSED by Dr. Phillip “Flip” Clifford. I have never met an orthopaedic or any doctor like Dr. Phillip Clifford at OJRCA. Not only is he tops in the nation for surgeries without any complications, but his bedside manner is EXCEPTIONAL. Dr. Clifford performed both of my total hip replacements within two weeks of each other. I was home walking the evening after each surgery. Eight weeks later and I am without pain moving and doing things I haven’t done in years. I’m so excited and all thanks to Dr. Clifford’s expert hand with the assistance of his Amazing PA Mattie. Doctor Clifford is an OUTSTANDING surgeon and a genuinely kind human being. He’s compassionate, patient, calm and sincere. Dr. Clifford always took the time to talk with me and thoroughly answer ALL of my questions. He never rushed. He even gave me a hug when I was up after surgery. He really is SUPERIOR. I highly recommend Dr. Clifford if you’re having hip or knee pain. He is the Best of the Best! Once I called his office on a Friday afternoon and doctor Clifford answered the phone. He said that he will let the staff go home early on Fridays while he covers the phones. Who does that? What an EXCEPTIONAL doctor!! His office staff is wonderful too. Kim, the office manager is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She has never kept me waiting. The longest I have ever waited was, at most 10 minutes. Kim and the rest of the office staff is remarkable. Go see Dr. Clifford, you will most definitely be happy you did!

I have had a lot of hip replacements. he took a lot of time to tell me what was going on in side my hips & why I was having so much pain some things he said I did not like. but he was telling me the truth. as soon as he takes my ins. I will be going back to him. I felt he really care about his work& me.

Excellent Doctor

Dr. Clifford did the total replacement surgery on my left hip three years ago and I couldn't be happier with it. I was back home the same day and back at work in three weeks (wearing high heels!). Felt like I was ten years younger - finally able to really move freely again and LOVED it. He's informative, personable, accessible and made it feel like we were a TEAM working on my behalf. Couldn't ask for more in an orthopedic surgeon.

His PT team are fantastic, they know how to motivate you for the necessary PT exercises after surgery. after 2 total knee replacements, 2 years on I am biking 30 miles plus, 6 hour mountain hikes. I has a hip replacement with Dr Clifford which was outpatient allowing me to be home that evening and walk into my first PT session the next day. He utilized a procedure that minimized muscles that were impacted and my recover time was greatly reduced. His personal attention to his patients is refreshing.

You cannot count on a surgery time. Supposed to have surgery at 11:30am. Scheduler needs to be fired for the mess up.

I had Dr. Clifford performed bilateral makoplasty (partial knee replacement using a robot), This doctor is the absolutely the best. I got my life back and am thankful for Dr. Clifford every day. You will not find a better orthopaedic surgeon.

I felt very confident in his care, and most of all he was not knife-happy like so many surgeons are. He always help you find the best and most affordable treatment for your health, with the longest term results. If he moved to Australia and I needed surgery, I'd go to Australia, or anywhere he was.

Dr. Clifford is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet. After many visits with other surgeons regarding a knee replacement, Dr. Clifford performed the surgery for me, when others would not. Truly and answer to prayer. Dr. Clifford is the BEST knee and hip Dr. there is. Has an excellant bed side manner. Takes his time to see you, does not fly in and out of the room. Dr. Clifford know's his stuff and I would not go to any one else.

Did a great job replacing mine. Worked with me through all the alternatives prior to my choosing surgery. Very caring, he didn't push the surgical option.
