Dr. Philip Perdue Jr., MD

Dr Perdue is a very thorough and caring doctor. He explains things so when you leave there, you understand exactly what he was talking about. The only complaint would be that I waited over and hour in waiting area and another 20 minutes waiting. For someone with a bad back that is a long time to sit and wait.

I waited 20 minutes and was very happy to see Dr. Perdue, he always makes me smile and feel like he really is concerned about my physical pain.He is always pleasant , and never rushed to get to the next patient, unlike Dr. Duke, who is very rude ,and does not seem to care.

Dr Perdue is extremely likable with an easy-going ‘bed-side’ manor. He’s knowledgeable concerning the surgeries he performs and is able to convey information to his patients easily.

Dr Perdue is a very good person and really cares about the treatment of people that he sees. The check in is not good at all in my book but I'm sure thay will make that better soon.

Dr. Perdue performed my total knee replacement 11 months ago. Everything went well and he has taken very good care of me every since. I pray that Dr. Perdue will always be at Orthopedic East not just for me, but for others who will also walk through those doors.

So where do I begin, Dr Perdue is by far the best orthopedic doctor I have ever encountered!!!! I broke my elbow two years ago and he and his staff got me through a very difficult rehabilitation. Now it was time to replace my right knee and I drove from the Eastern Shore to have Dr Perdue to do that procedure for me. There is no way I would let anyone operate on me but him. He always takes his time answers all your questions. He and his staff are excellent!!! The care I received from Orthopedic East and the hospital was EXCELLENT!!! I’m well on my way to recovery and I so grateful to Dr Perdue and the nurses and staff at the hospital. Thank you so much for always giving me the best care!!!!

Dr Perdue’s surgery on my two torn rotator cuff ligaments was 2nd to none. Minimal pain post op. Clearly a physician who cares about his patients.

This was the first time I met Dr Perdue. He was running late for my sppointment. When he arrived, he was not rushed and took the time we needed. Very impressed with him .

If there were more stars to check off they would be filled out completely. Dr. Perdue surpasses every expectation of compassion and excellence of a doctor. I come away knowing I am going to, in time receive the help I need to make life better. Even though I was hurting like a son of a gun when I walked out. Having confidence in your doctor is half the cure. From the front door to the back of the exam room everyone treated me with the same respect as Dr. Perdue did. Dr Perdue and his staff are polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have had two knee replacements and a hip. Dr Perdue always takes time to answer your questions and is very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

Dr . PERDUE IS BY FAR THE BEST ! WHEN OTHERS WANTED TO AMPUTATE MY LEG WHEN I HAD 3 COMPLETE BREAKS AND BONES STICKING THROUGH THE SKIN . I LEFT AND WENT TO DOCTOR PERDUE . That was 22 years ago and my leg is in very good shape .. He is honest , polite , good sense of humor and everyone talks good about him .. My Wife and I respect him and Love him !!!
