Dr Eddy is great, I have seen him on 3 different occasions and each time I was glad that I chose him for my procedures.

This office is really rude and uncaring! I was treated very disrespectfully by front office staff. They have a revolving door of new employees. You will NEVER see Dr Eddy except when he does a procedure on you! He couldn’t spend 5 seconds after the procedure to answer my questions!!! All they want is the money from the procedures! No concern about the patient or actually providing a service! I was so upset that I left. Won’t go back there! They can’t wait to sign you up for a procedure for the money but have no time to tell you what they found. All you will ever see is an NP. Now the NP’s are kind but they aren’t the doctor. His general staff are horrible to deal with. Unfriendly

Excellent first experience with a colonoscopy and with Dr Eddy! I felt very anxious prior to the procedure but Dr Eddy and staff put at me ease right away. Great team, highly recommend!

Dr. Eddy, performed a colonoscopy on me and he informed me I had a mass. After the pathology report came back, it stated it was malignant. I called the office several times trying to get the results from the pathology. He finally called me back and told me I had a cancerous tumor and gave the name. I didn't understand him, so I asked him to repeat it. I think I irritated him when I asked him to explain what it was. He was very short with me on the phone and ended my called quickly. Still don't know if it is aggressive or what. I have tried calling him back several times and he does not return my call. I would not recommend going to him if you want a diagnosis.

If you are the type of person who will just blindly due whatever a doctor tells you, then he's probably fine. But if you want to understand why a doctor has made a decision that could have a huge impact on your health, then I would recommend going elsewhere. If you ask Dr. Eddie about why he has made certain decisions about your health care plan, he becomes defensive and angry. He seems to interpret these types of questions as a challenge to his credibility.

I took my husband to the ER with bloody stools. Poonputt Chotiprasidhi, M.D. (aka Dr Eddie) came in, on a holiday, to do an endoscope. He found a bleeding duodenal ulcer. Per the nurses, if Dr Eddie hadn’t found and repaired the large pulsating ulcer John would have coded that night. It took 8 clamps to repair. Dr Eddie was very humbled by our gratitude but we were and still are so very grateful for his skill and dedication. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Eddie.

Dr Eddie went above and beyond in caring for my mom. His bedside manner is excellent. He is so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend him. I am a RN so I know how much he did for her and that he is the best in the area!

Highly recommend Dr. Chotiprasidhi! He stepped through finding things with me that led to surgery- and he visited with me each day while in the hospital. His intelligence and knowledge of his field combined with his calm demeanor and caring nature make him an excellent choice!

Dr. Chotiprasidhi has performed an upper GI, several Colonoscopies and a Capsule Endoscopy on me and properly diagnosed all of my issues. The colonoscopies were due to hereditary issues of a family member. Everything else has been properly diagnosed in a very professional manner. The only thing bad is the prep for the procedures. Very professional and courteous staff. I don't have any complaints.

This doc has been taking care of me from day 1 of my UC diagnosis. Ive been medically managed well. and cared for. Couldnt ask for more.
